Very friendly service folks. Always explains everything being done. 😊
Called the service dept and a rude woman refused to tell me wether or not she could do an oil change that day. I was going to pay them to change my oil even though I get free changes at my dealer because I had time and it is due. She was acting as if she had the most complicated job and I was to stupid to comprehend how hard it was for her to give me a yes or no answer. Lost my business before I could get of the phone
The woman that sold me my 2018 Camry LIED to me and said the seats were stain resistant just to make the sale. The seats are not stain resistant and the service department are giving me one courtesy cleaning. But after that I'm on my own. Smh if i had known this i would've never purchased the vehicle.
Would give zero stars if possible. The service department are terrible. Brought vehicle there to get fixed and the vehicle was worse after they charged me 140 dollars for a "diagnostic test" they did nothing. Car was running way worse and they tried to sell me a 2500 dollar steering rack. Took it to another mechanic and they fixed it for under 100 dollars (steering rack was fine but the bushings were out). They were defensive and snippy when I requested a refund because they didn't do anything to the car and charged me. This is not my first bad encounter with them either.
I really wish I could talk about my experience with purchasing a vehicle at I-95 Toyota, but I was never given the chance. I showed up this Saturday afternoon and went inside the dealership to ask about seeing the interior of one of their used cars. I saw a lot of employees standing around looking busy, but no one came over to ask me if I needed help. After ten minutes, I flagged down one employee and asked about one of their used cars. She went over to the cabinet to find the key but could not. She asked a couple of other employees if they had seen it. Then she disappeared. I assumed she was still looking for the key. So I stood around for another 20 minutes. I started to look around, and behold she was talking with another customer. Apparently, they don't need the business. This is why I despise the car buying process with dealerships.
Just looking, told them up front,no pressure. Nice isn,t free someone pays and that's always you.
My husband and I evacuated Ft Myers FL for hurricane Irma in 2 of our vehicles and when we stopped in Darien GA to sleep for a few hours our Lexus hybrid would not restart. Since this area was also in a mandatory evacuation we couldn't get AAA or anyone to help, so we left this vehicle behind. Days later we returned and still AAA could not help so we left back to FL. Then I contracted AAA and they would not tow our vehicle without the cardholder there I then caked I-95 Toyota to see if they could help. Michelle gave me her tow company's number and Tabitha got right on it and was able to get a battery from Lexus and have the car ready the next day by the time I got up there. The staff there are top notchno pretentiousness, just get the job done. I was sooooo impressed that if I lived there, I would certainly love to buy a car from them. Way to go and thanks sooooo much, you made a difficult situation turn into just everyday business. Thanks again Michelle and Tabitha!!!
Well just purchase a new 2017 RAV4 from Mr.David Morris and Ms, Michelle they are great team players made my visit nice and sweet. Thank you guys so much the Best👍👍👍
There is no Lexus dealer in Brunswick so I take my ES-350 here for service and have been very pleased with their service department. They are "Lexus friendly,' knowledgeable, honest and I never get the "wellhere's the good news but the bad news isssss." If something is out of the ordinary they will show you and offer suggestions. Never any pressure to make repairs you do not need. I also have a Rav4 I take for all normal/scheduled service. I highly recommend this service department! Ask for Josh! Tabitha is the best . She is very informative. Always keeping me in the loop. Over 4 1/2 years with her, with outstanding service and a Great car (2012 PRIUS C) THERE IS NO DOUBT WERE MY NEXT CAR OR TRUCK WILL COME FROM. I-95 TOYOTA. Thanks for everything.
My husband bought a new/used car from here within the past week, so far so good. The truck had some issues, but they tried to work them out before we took possession. Latasha Williams was a fabulous salesperson and great to work with.
I recently went to i95 Toyota, and immediately felt at home. Thanks to Audra Moses. She was very informative and helpful in my decision making on my brand new Toyota Corolla LE!!! I am in love with my new car & experience. I would recommend her too anyone, and will be purchasing all of my future cars here with her.
I worked with Ansley Scoville for my first vehicle purchase. I was originally interested in a lease, but she was able to find me a used (only 1.5 years old, 1 previous owner) for a much better deal. I was upfront and honest with my needs and max payment, and she worked with me to satisfy both. Nothing was rushed; no agenda/deal was pushed. Both professional and genuine, she made my experience as easy and stress free as possible.
I loved my experience buying a new car. Tyler Mitchell was my sales representative and he was so friendly and helpful and did not try to pressure me into purchasing. He listened to my needs and helped me decide on the perfect car for me! I ordered the car and when it came in he sent me pictures and stayed in touch until I picked it up. He spent a lot of time explaining the features of the car to me and made certain I understood. He also encouraged me to come back with questions or concerns. Thanks to him and the other people at the dealership I had the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car!!!!
My experience was positive. I feel like we made a real deal that both parties genuinely agreed upon. It took several days of negotiations, but my sales person, Warren Roberts stuck through it with me as we both watched the deal materialize and I feel he was happy to see me drive away as a satisfied customer. Alex Elliott was also helpful in the financial department during our negotiations regarding interest rates and the warranty, getting straight to the point and telling me everything I needed to know in order to make a well informed decision.
I plan to keep Warren, Alex, and the rest of the I-95 Toyota team in the back of my mind if I need another vehicle in the future.
Thank you for an honest car buying experience and I will be sure to update this review for accuracy if my experience with them ever deters in the coming years of car ownership with the vehicle I purchased from them.
