  The people at J. D. Byrider in Lima Ohio are Angels and very helpful and very nice and made everything really easy to take care of. God Bless them for giving us a chance. I would gladly go back to them again. Thank you all Very much for everything you guys did for us. And a Special thank you to "Justin Lunz" the salesman that we dealt with.   My husband and I are very pleased with the customer service and sales associates at the Lima office they are great folks . Kathy and Justin where very great in explaining everything in detail..This is the 3rd car we have got from this location and they have always been great in everywayThanks Kathy and Justin and the rest of the team.. 😉

  Me and my Fiancé came in about one month ago looking for a new vehicle. A nice family vehicle my daughter can feel safe in. My sales representative was Justin. I showed him the vehicle I was interested in and that I wanted. One hour later I was approved for the car I wanted. He made my visit very nice. Very friendly and helpful guy. Takes his job serious in a very cool way. I did not believe him when he told me I was his first sale. I'm glad to be though. All of the sales representatives was very friendly and made me feel more at home. The service department center is awesome! She is very friendly and takes her job serious. J.D Byrider was definitely the was to go! And all of this is because Justin and the team! Thank you guys so much. Cody & Sara
