The Malibu collection store has better selection. One associate was not genuine, not helpful and had side conversations, very loudly, about how she only wanted to have one big sale to meet her goal.

Excellent customer service at this J. Crew collection store, both on the phone and in person. Small and quaint boutique style twist to the traditional J. Crew stores.
