  we had a great sales guy from the Roxboro location his name is Rocky Watson. we bought a 2014 Chevy Silverado from him. Paul the manager there was very friendly checking to make sure we were happy. Thanks CBS Quality Cars.

  Hi HB.
  Where do I begin.
  Today at 4pm heading to RDU to attend my wife's father's funeral in Chicago a tire shredded apart and left us stranded 2 miles from RDU. Again we had to call AAA for a tow n call a cab to get us to the airport.We towed the car to a reputable repair shop. We had four new tires installed. They ran that diagnostic test per your suggestion. Bad cells in battrey. New battery installed. We have had two tows in 10 days. Problems the day after we took the car home. I informed you the tires we bad. But passed inspection lol.
  I am going to submit our out of pocket expense to CBS. PLEASE review the charges and let me know how you can help us.I can't express enough how frustrated we are especially how if the tires n battery would have been addressed the day after we got the car. We paid more than a fair price and exactly what you asked for. We took exactly the money you offered for our car in trade. We asked and bartered for nothing and you said you wished more people were nice n easy like us. All I asked for from the very beginning were safe tires n battery. We were denied. But I tell you it has been a living hell w this car. All could of been prevented. It's not like you lost money on us.
  I will forward you our bill n picture of tire soon.
  Thank you in advance for your review and consideration.
  All in all, I would not recommend buying a car from here until these issues are resolved.

  I have never been more impressed by a sales team than I have with the professionals at CBS Quality Cars. I was in a terrible spot and needed true help that you would normally only get from a friend or family member and I found that help with Pat and Chania. They turned my anxiety and stress into relief and joy. They made me feel at home even after traveling a long way.
  
  I drove a great distance to see the car I wanted and had a lot of things go wrong along the way to getting my car but with their combined efforts, Pat and Chania made it easy and were overly accommodating! They were able to provide an experience that I don't think I'll ever get anywhere else.
  
  I implore anyone who is in need of a car or just looking for something new, seek out the team at CBS Quality Cars. You may not end up with your dream car like I did, But, I can guarantee you'll leave knowing you were buying from a family who takes the definition of customer service and knocks it out of the park!

  Salesman less than honest about vehicle, options on vehicle, and work that was supposedly done to vehicle. Mechanic looked at vehicle and everything salesman said vehicle had on it was nonexistent just a plain out lie. Had on other hand existing conditions that were 1000.00's to repair. Unethical liars do not buy here or you will be sorry.

  I have never seen a company take advantage of a senior citizen before as I have with this company. My 68 year-old mother in law was looking for a reasonable, reliable car from a local dealership. What she got was more than a headache, heartache and pretty much outright theft. I want to know how a company, in all good conscience could openly take advantage of a senior citizen and go to bed at night. She lives more than 2 hours away from her new grand daughter and has to drive several days a week to UNC chapel hill, over a 2 hour drive, where her grandson is recovering from burns and she doesn't trust her vehicle. When she purchased the vehicle, in cash, they rushed her through all her paperwork, not giving her the opportunity to really read all of it, then neglected to inform her that one of the papers she was signing was a form stating that if something was to go wrong they would only pay 1/2. She had to pay out of pocket over $300, for a repair that should have cost about $150. This company double or tripled the cost of the repair so they would really not be responsible for any of the repair. To date, this vehicle is still having issues and they do nothing but give her the run around. I wish that the next person who wants to buy a car from this place, read this and think again, DON'T DO IT. If they take advantage of a senior citizen they will screw anyone over.

  March 2015 I had a very positive experience at CBS and got a very good deal on a Toyota Sienna and also received a very generous price for my trade in. I had asked around and was surprised that everyone I encountered who had an opinion about CBS was very positive about it. That is somewhat unusual for a used car dealership. I plan to call CBS first when it comes time to trade cars again.
