  I also can't give quite 5 stars for the business as whole, because I've had difficulty getting someone to answer the phone at times. However, I've been using them for over a year now and their technician Isaak is very knowledgeable, extremely polite and very patient answering questions.

  2 stars given because Isaac and Krista have been courteous & professional. However, trying to get this company to come out and complete work orders is darn near impossible! I left 4 messages for Grace to call us back so that we can have our septic project complete. Was told on 4 occasions she was busy and would call us back. She never did. On the 5th call (over a 3 week period), she was unavailable to come to the phone. I asked for a supervisor or manager and no one else is in the office. Totally disappointed in this company’s customer service.

  We needed our septic system waste removed. I called two other companies and pricing was pretty much the same. With our military discount, we were able to save some money! I did call prior to committing and the woman on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Although they were not able to give me an arrival time, they did call me prior to arriving on the scheduled date.

  No appointment given, Tech's showed up to do work without notice. No receipt left for work done. Will be contacting another septic company to check the work and make sure our septic system works. Do not trust they did work as my husband was not home to talk to them. We were supposed to be called in advance to schedule appt and tech's showed up w/o appt.

  We are about to start the process of building our dream retirement home on Canyon Lake Texas at Cordova Bend. Our builder, Coventry Homes highly recommended J B Septic. I was concerned when we first found out that we would need a septic system for our new home. I have always lived in the city and had very little knowledge of how septic systems workedor did not work. I met with Jim and Claudia at our building site location the knowledge, professionalism and integrity of this organization truly put my mind at ease about this project. I KNOW that we made the absolute best choice for the installation of our Aerobic Septic SystemIntegrity is not always found in some organizations that we deal with these days"unfortunately". My Wife and I are so thankful we listened to the recommendation of our Home Builder and called J B Septic, Integrity and Knowledge are the bedrock of this Company. Thank You Jim and Claudia!
