We took a Christmas Caroling Cruise that was a lot of fun, great companions, good music, beautifully decorated waterfront homes. A fun beginning of the Christmas season. Looking forward to the next year!

We were just expecting a boat ride to Channel Islands, but wow we got so much more. Dolphins, whales, sea lions. Friendly crew made the boat ride really fun. Highly recommend.

We took the ferry to and from Channel Islands. The boat crew stopped the boat when we came across dolphins and whales, just so that the passengers can all get a good look at these beautiful marine animals. The water can be a bit rough when it's windy, so if you get seasick easily, sit in the back of the boat!

The experience I've been provided with was so astonishing! The crew on board the boat was fantastic. I decided to go for the whale watching experience and it was worth every single penny. Sunny day, lots lots lots of dolphins, blue whale, humpback whales, sea-lions.. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed!

The staff here and very knowledgeable and friendly. They made the trip out to Santa Cruz Island thoroughly enjoyable for everyone by making sure we got to see the wildlife at sea (including a group of sea lions and several hundred dollars!). They added to an already great trip out to Channel Islands National Park.

I had a wonderful experience on my trip to the Channel Islands with these guys. They were able to squeeze us in last minute and we saw dolphins. They also worked with a local rescue centre to release a rescued sea lion back into the wild.

Much more than a mere ferry!

Very organized and efficient way to get to the channel islands. Crew was competent and helpful. The Catamaran style boat minimizes sea sickness. Great choice.

Island Packers does a great job with their Channel Islands tours. We had booked a campsite on Santa Rosa for 3 nights, and that's the last island on the tour, so we got to see the rest of the park from the boat. The captain and crew did a great job of explaining the geologic formations of the islands, and found pods of dolphins and even a couple of whales for us to view. Everyone at Island Packers clearly loves what they do and loves the islands, and it shows. Just a note: if you're camping, be prepared to unload all of the gear bucket brigade-style when you arrive at the island and again when you arrive at port, and please pack accordingly to make it easier on yourself and everyone else!

So, first of all if you're camping you can't pack your hydration bladder in your pack you give to them. They've had them burst in the past. Also keep your fuel accessible, they store that separately.

The boats are fast, well maintained, on time and they sell beer. What more could you want?

The only way to get to the Channel Islands workout your own boat or chartering a plane. They do a great holiday if stopping to let you see wildlife. Saw several pods of dolphins, sooner lounging sea lions and a humpback whale surfacing.

We sailed on a strong winds day. The Island Packers gave us option to reschedule or have a refund if we didn't feel up to sailing in the rough winds. But we went anyway. The crew went over all the safety and regulations to make everyone feel comfortable and gave us heads up about the seasickness waiting ahead for us. Although it took us longer to make the trip to Santa Cruz island than usual, it was worth the trip.

I was standing on the front end of the deck enjoying the huge waves with friends. Later Captain asked us to move to seats from that place as the sail was about get rough. My friends were on the outer side of the deck which had rails till the door or safe place, and I was on the inner loop of the deck which had rails only in the front portion of the deck, when I had to pass through the aisle to get into the safe place I had take an extra step to reach the outer rail. The moment I left inner rail I was thrown up and splashed hard onto the deck in fraction on second. Both my knees were hit hard and injured my left leg. And ruined my trip and next 2 weeks. If there had been rails on both sides of he aisle, it could have been a great trip.

Fix this problem so others won't get hurt badly.
