The first couple times I visited this office were fine but the third was a less than stellar experience where I was told the dentist doesn't see patients during regular cleaning visits and I was turned down when I requested my daughters sealants be touched up. I then returned to question the charges on my bill, I received what could be the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I do not recommend visiting this office

Dr. Spelios and the entire staff at Island Dental are sure to make you smile. I have had a few crowns placed and cavities filled with little to zero discomfort during or after procedures. It is s relief to find a great Dentist within a small community such as Key West. Much appreciation to him and his staff.

I received the Zoom whitening procedure. I've always been very self conscious about my tooth color and overall smile. I can say, conclusively, that when I looked in the mirror I couldn't believe I was looking at my teeth.For the first time in my life I'm proud to open my mouth when I smile.

I was in KW on holiday and had a very bad toothache. After a week mof pain my insurance pointed me to Island Dental and I could not have been happier. As it happens I needed my tooth extracted, not a surprise from discussions with my own dentist but inconvenient. The staff was professional and caring. From initial phone call telling me to come on in, everything was explained and I knew what to expect. Loved the DDS and assistant. Now home and having seen my Periodontist still very happy; he was very impressed and appreciative of the notes and X-Rays forwarded to them by Island Dental.

We recently moved to the keys. I was having pain associated with a crown I had done 5 years ago in Iowa. The receptionist was super friendly and found an appointment for me that morning. The dentist was kind and kept my best interest (financially) in mind.

My experience here was a complete nightmare. They seem to love x-rays and take them abundantly, presumably to make a big bill. Your pain is just not their problem. I would let all my teeth fall out before I would go back.
