I have been a customer for over a decade. A father/son shop (Dad is in his eighties) they have a loyal, capable staff that has been with them for years. They do excellent work, they charge me what I expect or less, their referrals are to top-notch people, and their assessment of my car problems is always accurate. All in all, an old business with a solid reputation and no time for shenanigans.

Thank god they're going out of business. Called me an a**hole over the phone saying the original quote didn't include alignment. Wish I could include the photo of the quote with this review because I'm looking at it and it clearly includes alignment. Then the tubby fellow behind the counter couldn't even own up to his unprofessional behavior when I sent a photo of the original quote. Take you're business to Sears, save yourself the trouble.

Pulled up with a flat tire in need of a patch and the guy said he wouldnt be able to fix it for at least 4 more hours. So I said hey could I borrow your Jack so I can try to put my spare on and make it home, he said no and was very rude. Horrible customer service won't recommend to anyone I know or ever return.

I called early because I have a leak in my tire. The guy on the phone told me to come in at 230 because one guy just went to lunch. I offered to come and wait but he said no, he'd have time after 230. We get there at 230 and get sent away because now they are too busy. So, if I had come earlier and waited I would have been served but instead I called, made an appointment and was turned away when I got there on time. Terrible service. Terrible communication. Not only that, it is now too late for me to go any where else. The worst customer service of any kind I have had in Key West. I will take my car to Marathon for tires now.

Called twice to make an appointment, nobody answered and there is no voicemail. Drove by to make one in person, they were open with one car and one boat in the service bays. I went inside the office and waited for two minutes for someone to help me. No one did so I left. One employee was outside sitting on his bum. Typical key west work ethic, no idea why I was surprised.

Great service! Was borrowing a friends car for key west and got a flat. I put the spare on and took the tire over to be prepared. They let me drop it off while it was patched and told me to come back in an hour. I went to pick it up expecting to take the car home and put it back on myself but they told me to pull it right up and they jacked up my car and changed it without even having to ask. Saved me a bunch of time at a good price too!
