Great and professional service provided by Brandon Kim from Irvine BMW. I purchased 2018 M240i from Brandon and he couldn’t be more helpful with my purchase. If you go to BMW Irvine, ask for Ketan Patel. He was awesome to work with and there was no pressure at all. I will recommend him to all my friends. He's a really good guy. Not a typical sales man at all!

I just bought a 2018 BMW M2 from BMW Irvine dealership with the help of Brandon Kim. I was very impressed with Brandon's responsiveness during the entire purchase process. The M2 is a limited production car and has to be ordered to get the exact color and options that I wanted. Brandon took care of everything until the car is ready to be picked up. All I had to do was show up, signed the paperwork, and drove the car home in less than an hour. I was surprised buying a car would be this quick, simple, and enjoyable. So I gave a 5 stars for this review. If you are Looking to buy a BMW I highly recommend that you reach out to Brandon for assistance.

Great parts department. They"re helpful and they do help out the do-it-yourself home mechanic by giving up to a 20% discount on parts, but you have to ask for it. When my M3 was new, they did a good job in servicing the car. The dealership is nice and everyone is generally helpful.

I leased my BMW 430i with the sales person, Brandon Kim. He offered me nice price which is best deal I was looking for 3 months. I also liked that he spoke Korean which is my first language. I am definitely coming back to him for my next car.

I purchased my first BMW from Frank and it was a very fun experience . I wanted to make sure that it was the right decision and that I was getting the best car for my money. The choice that we ended up with was the 2017 330e and it was with the performance package. I'm so proud of the car I get to drive around in and I love flaunting my vehicle to my friends. Frank always had my back at getting me the best rate and also encouraging me that I could stop by or call a time I had questions even after purchasing.

Pieter Sholtz does it right and puts the customer first. From the beginning I felt welcomed and not hassled on buying a vehicle. Pieter listened to our needs, being we are a growing family and found the perfect vehicle for us at a great price.

Jason Demond is the guy to go to. Been with him for several years now. 7 cars later, the process is seamless. We typically exchange a few texts to find the right car at the right price point and all I have to do is come in to sign the paperwork. takes hours away from having to spend time at the dealership. Not only that, Jason is easy to deal with & on top of everything. He's one of the top sales guys in the nation, so he's able to get to the right price point. I can't imagine having to go back to the tradition 'car sales' process.

I leased my i3 from this dealership. Brandon Kim was my sales person. He made the process really easy. We went on the lot where all i3 were and he told me to choose which one I wanted and asked me how much I was willing to pay and he pretty much made it happen. He knew this electric vehicle well, unlike most sales people at other dealerships. He did follow up with me several times after the purchase. I would recommend this dealership and Brandon. My advise to you is to do your research. As a buyer you need to know what you want and how much would be reasonable to pay for the chosen vehicle. The dealership is there to make money and you want to save money, so you need to know where is the sweet spot for both.

I'm not on here to vent, I'm genuinely trying to help other people not be as stupid as I am. I have been a customer of Irvine BMW for 10 years for some reason. It seems every time I deal with them they make careless mistakes and zero attempt to fix it without me having to contact people over and over again. First, they entered my address incorrectly so my plates sat at the dealer for a month. No one ever bothered to call me and tell me anything. When I finally figure out what happened to my plates they offered to put them on for me. So I thought ok cool, but the guy put the front plate on at an absolutely ridiculous tilt. Its not even close to level. I mean a child could do a better job. Not to mention when I purchased the car there were huge scratches on the roof. Look I get it they have a hard time dealing with rich a-holes all day, but for how much time and money I spent getting this car I will never do business again with BMW. I'm not a rich a-hole, this car is very special to me, and this is the crap I have to deal with? Absolutely incompetent.
