Their sushi isn't the best but the prices are. Also expect to be there for a VERY long time as they always take more than 35 min to bring out your food. And this is ironic since they are always empty, clearly they aren't busy so what is the hold up with our food?
Good sushi, cosy place and good prices ❤️ I’ll come back
Competitively priced sushi bar. This is not a fancy or high-end restaurant the quality of the ingredients are good but not the best. Good value for the money.
The quality of their sushi blows away Sushi from grocery stores but not in the same class as straight up sushi bars like Matsuri and Red Koi.
Good value and variety in dishes.
Great food and pricing. Worth the trip
Good sushi for great price. Not a fancy place but definitely good for your sushi craving
I've eaten here both in-house and by delivery. The place is very small, and while the food is cheap, it tastes exactly like that -- cheap. I've tried the sushi and its oddly very chewy. They serve it in those same sushi platters like the ones from Publix.
If you're low on cash and crave something Japanese, this place is a good choice. However, if you have more than $12 ready to spend, I recommend eating elsewhere.
I ordered through ubereats. Unfortunately the sushi quality is really not good. The sushi rice tastes like plain rice (no added vinegar/sugar mixture at all??) and their imitation crab tastes REALLY weird. Weird after taste. I will not be ordering from here again. The price is lower than a lot of sushi places but if it doesn't taste good it's not worth it.
Never purchasing here again. They get your order wrong. Don't read the notes you put if you don't want something. Horrible customer service. The manager actually hung up on me when I was talking to him about an order I picked up in which they forgot one of the rolls. He said he didn't have time for me and he wasn't going to deliver it. I either went to go pick it up or that's it. Horrible horrible horrible. Decent sushi for the price but not worth the bad service and rudeness. Lots of other sushi places in Coral Gables with better sushi where you'll get a more pleasant experience.
Cheap sushi that tastes good. Not mindblowing but definitely the cheapest sushi I've found that is still good.
It's good (not great) Sushi and convenient (closet to my office). Lunch specials are good for the price.
Overall the food isn't bad at all for the amount of money you are paying for, however, the delivery and service sucks!!! I made a order for delivery and it took 2 hours to get to me! Mind you I live less than 2 blocks away from the place. Whenever Ill call a guy named Anthony would answer the phone and just place me on hold for more than 10mins, they literally do not cared about their clients
I have to say, I really like Iron Sushi in general, but this particular franchise is ATROCIOUS. It's by far the most disorganized place I've ever seen. They never deliver the correct order, and they're constantly over-promising and under-delivering. It seems like the ownership just doesn't care about your experience or your foodbad combo for a restaurant. If you like sushi, you may want to try Obba sushi instead.
