Please just be mindful of checking car before letting customer leave because my car had lots of spray spots on the passenger side of the back end of car but other than that car was very clean thanks.

Love the hand washing so I don't get scratches from those others that have those spinning brushes. The service is great but sometimes a wait because everybody loves this place like I do! A few dollars more but worth it, if you find an issue they take care of right away no problem.

Love this place. I think their prices are fair for what they provide. The techs are always nice and personable. If there is ever anything you are aren’t happy with, they run over and help you out. Good selection of scents and services.

Park your car, wait half an hour and it comes out spotless every time. The only meh thing about it is you are never sure when they are done with your car, but for the most part it's a great value and experience.

Will never go back!! Today was about 6th time I have used them. Even bought a 5wash Executive package. Today went in and Manager Kim purposely made me wait 10+ minutes for vacuum while letting those who came later go first. I got out of line went in and asked for refund on package. Receptionist spent 15 minutes watching surveillance video and apparently confirmed it and I was given refund on remaining 3 washes. I am a black female. Relevant ??

Horrible experience! Paid 41.00 dollars for wash n wax They don't clean the inside, half ass vacumed, no air freshener, and extremely rude customer service from employees! When I complained to the manager, he just made excuses for them! Will never get another dime of MY money! Spend at your own risk!

horrible place, Manager Kim says he has no idea what I'm talking about,. They ruined the entire interior of my car. I saw the other posts, on here. They are all true, this place is BAD, the manager keeps acting stupid, or maybe he is. But I assure you I will get a lawyer to sue you here, If the other people didn't, I will, This is horrible. You have ruined my Mercedes.

Always do a nice job with cleaning and washing inside and out. Its a little expensive, but I've yet to find another local car wash as good as this one

I came here to get the interior detailed, they told me it would take 4 hours. I walked home and got a call 2 hours later saying it was ready and they were closing due to over cast weather. I arrived to see the interior of my car not cleaned at all, they just covered the whole interior with armor all, did a quick surface vaccume leaving the sides and crevices covered in hair and dirt. My car was wet with armor all all weekend, I eventually had to redo it myself. Poor service no attention to detail, 150$ to cover my dirty interior with armor all and didn't even wipe the door jams and no air freshener lol. Very disappointed. Would not return. But that just my experience.

Got one of the mid-range washes for ~$28. They did a great job of going over every surface of the interior of the car. For that price I would expect to see some corners cut, but my car looks great.

I've been coming here for a long time and have been happy with each wash. My last 3 washes have been very disappointing. Don't vacuum my back seats, have had no scent cleaned inside after requesting it, and small details that normally get taken care of are left unfinished. They rush to get you out of there, going to have to find a new place to go.
