Love the ambience, the quality, the service and it's accessibility. Near Millennium Park, and the look, nice to come for a vegan Chitea latte, with an option of soy or oat milk.

Great work spot for several reasons. 1) the music is low key 2) the overall noise level is conversational 3) there are areas to stand and work as well as sit 4) staff is friendly but not intrusive 5) coffee is obviously fantastic it's Intelligentsia for goodness sake. 6) there are bathrooms 7) room temp is comfortable even though it is darn cold at the moment. Enjoy!

Fantastic coffee! My favorite is their cold brew. They have a decent amount of seating but it is usually pretty busy

They serve great coffee here, some snacks like croissants and pies, bottles juices. There are also shelves with coffee beans, coffee cups, T-shirts, teas and coffee making devices.

There were many people working on the laptops, but I haven't noticed the sockets. The music is calm and quiet, so I would say here is rather a working atmosphere. This place definitely attracts a trendy crowd.

Great place for some quick caffeination. I has the seasonal roast cappuccino. The wait is what I expected and the location was filled with people clacking away at their laptops. This is a great place for that or just a grab and go beverage.

Ordered a "Cold Brew Iced Coffee" but I don't believe it was actually cold brew rather just regular coffee chilled. On the other hand, the pastries were fantastic! The chocolate hazelnut cookie had a great nutty and chocolate flavor and not a sugary circle of diabetes. Despite the cold brew it was a great experience.

This place truly earns five stars. The actual space is really nice with tasteful modern art and good lighting. The place is clean, despite being very busy! The staff were exceptionally friendly, down to earth, and informative. When I asked about a recommendation they lit up and asked me a couple of taste questions to help me out. They were truly eager to help me find the right drink. I knew a drip coffee would take a few minutes, but they asked me if I minded waiting about 5 minutes, which made me really appreciate these kind people of Intelligentsia. Hands down my favorite coffee shop chain in the country.

I am a big coffee drinker and a big coffee fan. Whenever I visit anywhere I seek out the cafes. This may be my favorite coffee shop - ever. The drinks are just so damn good - I had the Fight or Flight, which consisted of iced espresso and orange peel, and the Angeleno, which was espresso and vanilla syrup. Those descriptions don't do them justice but they were so good I made a point of going back for an Angeleno before my flight. They were both iced coffee drinks and what was really cool is that the baristas used cocktail shakers to make them - which of all the upscale coffee trends that might spread I hope is the next big one.

On top of the coffee being delicious the space was clean and modern and the staff was super friendly. I'm kind of glad there isn't one in New Orleans - or else I'd be there all the time.

The coffee is amazing here! However, be prepared to wait 10-20 minutes depending how long the line is. On top of that also be prepared to dish out $5 - $15 for your coffee. Not to mention that a lot of the other clientele may be rude.

They know what they're doing and they care about what they're doing. That's all I want from a coffee joint. Relaxed ambience, simple snack preferences. Centrally located off the pedway

Despite what you may think about the atmosphere and dress of the staff, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable about their coffee. The baked goods are quite tasty, and the coffee has very few peers in Chicago, though that comes with a price premium.

If I'm out for a walk at lunch or need a few minutes to clear my head, this is a great spot. The fact that you have to wait a few minutes while they brew your coffee to order helps practice patience in these days of instant gratification. Espresso drinks are also fantastic; I had the best cappuccino of my life here.
