  Tom at Insurance Planning has been great to work with from the very start. He quoted our home/auto exactly as I asked him to, and even helped me get a policy for my photography business. He’s always quick to respond and very knowledgeable, and we appreciate it!

  We have been a customer of Insurance Planning since 1990. Our children are customers now that they are grown. From auto, home, RV, farm and Medicare assistance, IPI has been a great financial partner. Several owners and associates have become good friends over the years. We worked with Lonny Claycamp until his passing and now work with Debbie Oelkers. The transition was seamless and the service continues to be excellent.
  Today our premiums are our largest budget item but the coverage and service is worth every cent. We had a large hail claim a few years ago and the process was simple and settlement was timely.
  We feel comfortable that we have the right coverages and they are there for us if we need them.

  I wish every business was as easy to do business with as Insurance Planning. The people are always going out of their way to help with questions and problems should they arise. I have always been able to speak with a real person, not a machine. Happy customer !!
