  Insurance Direct saved me $70 on my monthly Automobile Insurance. I went from $130 to $60 a month and that is a huge, HUGE SAVING!!! They shop around for you And then give you the choice of the top free companies with the best offer.

  Best insurance company in Tampa! Shackira was able to find me a low cost policy. Saving me over 130 bucks of what I was previously paying. She is very polite and quick to work with. The customer service was outstanding

  Been with Insurance direct for a while and its an awesome insurance for me, However Its frustrating when i rarely call, and i needed to call Now to ask some questions and was on hold for 40minutes even when it said 3 calls ahead of me, then it sounded like someone picked up and then put me back on hold then i was hung up on. Called back again, and called using a different phone and still was left on hold for another 6minutes. I finally left a message. This was unbelievable:(:( SMH

  First of all Jessica Aguinaga was OUTSTANDING with her customer service.
  Second she showed so much patience with all my questions and comparing for the price that I am happy with.
  Third her follow up when I forgot to call her back showed me that she cares about her customers.
  Fourth Jessica gets a 110% in customer service. thanks Jessica
