  Found this place when I fell ill while in the area last month. There were no in person appointments available (except for COVID testing) so I made an appointment for a telehealth appointment since it had good reviews. The PA called my cell instead of joining the video call and when I described my symptoms (which I believe were signs of a sinus or ear infection) he told me it sounded like I had a cold and should take some OTC cough medicine. I shared my concerns about it being a sinus or ear infection and he asked if I wanted to be seen in person. I told him yes and he said someone would be in contact with me to make an appointment. About an hour later a woman called and after a bit of back and I learned that the Fremont location had no physician on site and there were no other Instant Urgent Care sites within 25mi of my vicinity. This place should really be renamed to Instant COVID Test Center if that's all they do. When I returned home, I went to see my primary care doctor and it turns out I had a double ear infection and was prescribed antibiotics. And icing on the cake - I was billed $199 for a useless seven minute call.

  This was my first time here. Service was friendly professional and quick. We were in and out in 20min. This is how all covid test center should be like. Will return if I ever need their service again.

  The staff was great, very friendly.
  The place had a funny smell. I think by protocol, if you've been informed there’s a positive patient being tested, That person should be in a separate room To follow through with testing. There’s no need to expose other family members who may or may not be positive to the sure positive member.

  I'm almost afraid to leave a review because I don't want this place to become busy. If your tired of waiting in long lines for a Covid test when your feeling sick this is the place to go. You don't experience any of that. I make an appointment, I show up, I get scene and I leave. 10 minutes and I am in and out. The ladies hear are really nice too. I have no complaints.

  This is my second time using instant urgent care for Covid testing. Both times my visits were organized, friendly and expedient. I highly recommend them for testing. I requested a rapid test and received same-day appointments. Even with the surge right now I was out of there within an hour and should have my results back within the next hour
