Stacia was our agent and I could not have asked for a better one! Our house was under contract within a month of being put on the market. The knowledge she has with sales, neighborhoods and just the surrounding areas on the North and Southshore was so impressive!
Let’s talk about patients.. she has it all. I had so many questions due to us moving out of state and with so many text being sent to her. Without question, every single time, she would respond immediately with the answer. That in its self is huge because I know she has other clients and is very busy but made me feel like I was her only one. She’s very personable, honest and wanted the best for my family and I. If you are looking to sell your house, she is definitely the person to go to.

Stacia knows our neighborhood and the market so well that our house selling experience was breeze. We were under contract 29 days after listing, and that’s amazing!! Our list price was on the higher end, and with interest rates increasing, we anticipated a four month wait. Stacia was lovely to work with, very responsive, and knowledgeable. The 1% commission saved us a great deal, which helped in our out of state move. Thank you, Stacia!

Julie was my agent and she was SO great every step of the way! She put up with my many many questions and was very patient with me and explained everything in a way that I could understand and those three things are huge to me! And she kept me informed on an almost daily basis which really helped. Thank you Julie for a smooth transaction and a great experience in the sale of my home!!
