These are the best cookies I've had in my life. They are a meal to themselves. You will hate yourself for eating what I can only assume is several thousand calories in a sitting, but it must be experienced at least once.

I've only been here once but the cookies were really good but a little pricey. I don't think that too much because it's just a treat every once in a while if your going for a sustainable cookie eating addiction then this probably isn't the place for that if cost is an issue.

I used to live near the insomnia in Broad Ripple and always had a great experience. This store needs to get it together. I ordered cookies as a surprise for someone who was having a rough week. To my dismay, the cookies were supposed to arrive at 6:30 p.m. and didn't even get there until 8:30. The worst part is that you can't speak directly to the store. I called 3 different times and was given the runaround and some coupons. An hour before they arrived I was told that the order was ready and the driver was 3 minutes away and would have them to us ASAP. Half an hour before they arrived I was told that the driver had been out and should be there anytime. Call me crazy, but when the cookies are already an hour and a half late I feel like I should have been the first delivery he made when he went out that time. I've had such a horrible experience and will never use this insomnia again, I will also make sure that everyone I know near this establishment knows of my terrible experience.

Don't count on the tracker it works 1/2 the time and something broken online. if you add too items then removed some the delivery fee DON'T DROP EVEN FOR TWO ORDER.

If you order off the app it's better than their call center. If not for that I would give this full stares. Not that the call center is down right terrible, just they don't know if a location has run out of something and we never find out until we show up to pick up. Other than that yum!

Love this place but recently the cookies are getting smaller and smaller, I always get a deluxe and have been disappointed the last 2 or 3 times with the size and quality.

Never mind everything has a Pillsbury Doughboy quality and priced well above sanity. Insomnia has an almost cult following because it's one of the few late night munchie solutions offering the right blend of white sugar, brown sugar, and corn syrup.
