It was horrible !!!! We Drove 1hour and 15 mins to get there thinking im getting the zebra honeymoon room .we get there and it was a dump !!! Room was nothing like we expected not even no where nice ! Than they dont want to give me my refund we didnt even stay have to drive back to where we came from . Totally not a place to stay . Nasty , dirty , and no refunds . I should sue for false advertising

My husband and I had originally planned to stay here as we had previously stayed at the one in Bensalem, PA. It's like comparing apples to oranges! NJ location is disgusting and that's being polite! The first room we viewed had broken knobs on the heater/a.c. unit and was freezing, the bathroom aroubd trashcan area looked like rodent droppings were around it, and the bed was sketchy. A gentlemen working there said he would fix the knobs but meanwhile they let us check out another room. What a disappointment!! The Jacuzzi was absolutely disgusting, holes in the closet door, part of the decoration ripped off the mirror. I don't know who runs the one in NJ but I'm shocked they haven't been shut down! And it seems the staff lives there as well. Broken outside lighting, rotting wood structures that have just been painted over instead of repaired. If you value your health and valuables I would stay clear of the NJ location!

Rooms are not maintained. Cracked/broken floor tiles, cold water tap on bathtub didn't work. Questionable cleanliness in rooms. No question that the shower was extremely dirty with mildew stains on almost every surface. Heating/cooling unit has a thick crust of dirt/dust covering the area inside where the air blows out. Advertised as having free WiFi. No WiFi. It's now 4:12 a.m. and we are still awake as the people upstairs have been awake and loud (stomping feet, loud children and loud talking even at this hour). Don't believe any of the booking sites photos of the property They had to have been taken 15 years ago. They absolutely do not represent how the property/"suites" look at the present time. Jacuzzi tub and fireplace were the highlights; however, extreme care must be taken when showering/bathing, as the tile floors are extremely slippery when wet and there are no bath mats. We only had one towel in the room at check in. Had to go to the office to request additional towels as they do not answer phone calls. Advertised to have 42" flatscreens in every room Ours had an older model 32". No shampoo, no hair dryer, no coffee maker. Small mini fridge impacted with ice and small microwave in room. Grounds had overgrown grass and shrubs. Bits of trash here and there strewn about. Building exteriors were in need of paint, shingles, and stucco repair. Well, that's all for now. Man upstairs sounds drunk and is singing and talking loudly as he stomps about. It's 4:40a.m. now and I'll try to call the office once more. Believe the reviews you read about this "luxury suite" motel. There hasn't been luxury here in 30 years.

This place SUCKS! Its a drug infested dump! Management needs to be fired. I dont think there is a cleaning staff but if there is they should be fired also. Maintenance if there is any, should be fired. Do Not go to this place. The absolute worst place i ever stayed in, totally ruined my weekend with my wife. And they have the nerve to say luxury suites, FOH!!

We haven’t stood here in about a year but last time we stood it was amazing so me n my husband figured why not get a little get away but this time was a nightmare. First she couldnt find our reservation then she gave us a key n said go check and see if you like this room if not come back me and my husband found that so sketchy but we went and check the room n it was a disaster I mean wholes in the wall smelled like mildew DISCUSTING! So we went back and she gave us the mermaid room when we went it smelled like weed, the sheets was dirty , the hot tube had only hot bowling water, there was no light in the bathroom and no towels. We will never come back here again!! Oh and the people who work there looked like junky’s worst weekend ever..

Honestly this place is a complete dump me and my friend were just trying to have a good night, but when we came back from the store we started to see mold and stain on the wall, and don't even get me started about the bed, their was drewl stains on the pillows and holes on the sheets, the bed cover had stains like piss stains and period blood. I'm so upset it wasn't worth what we paid for it at all, like a place like this should honestly cost 30 a night if that, on top of that when we first arrive none of the rooms would open with the key card, the one room the a.c. did work and the last room which we got after 3 others prior to it is just dirty rugs were vacuum sheets weren't cleaned floors were sweeper like my feet are black from just walking in this rooms.

Nightmare!
There were dead flys. Live ants on the jacuzzi. Dead insects in the bathroom. No towels. We were told they are washing them. The table had not been cleaned from the previous party. The chair had so much dirt on it. Until it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned this year. I sat in disgust. Searched for nearby motels. And called the front desk and explained that I could not stay there. To describe this place as a dump would be speaking too highly of them. It is a disaster. Don't believe the pictures of the rooms. It is outdated broke down and dirty. On top of that. Guess what? They charged me $120.00. I am disputing the charge. As I did not stay. If you are thinking of romance. Horrible room. Shower didn't work. Ants was coming out of everywhere. Took a while for hot water to kick in. The room was dirty. Haven't had a good baseboard cleaning or general good wipe down in a while. I was more sad to be away from my home at that point. The staff were really friendly and tried to help best as possible,but it's obvious that didn't care about the hotel anymore.

Rooms were dirty! They look nothing like the pictures. Room had trash and food everywhere. Hot tub was filthy. Room smelled bad. No wifi. Staff looked and smelled horrible. Reserved a room wasnt reserved when we got there. Complete waste of money!

This place is nasty I booked a room a suite which was considered their better rooms and when I got there the room looked nothing like the pictures online, upon entering the room there was a horrible moldy smell in the room there were no towels zero not even a hand towel the bed was filthy the bathroom was gross I've seen cleaner port a pottys the jacuzzi had hair and other nasty stuff in there the shower was filthy as well, the furniture looked like they found it outside in the garbage, My wife and I lasted 20 minutes it's was 2 am I had to find a near by hotel and pay again they didn't refund me they took my money for nothing I didn't use my reservation they refused to credit me. please be aware don't stay here really I'm not exaggerating the staff was creepy and the place was nothing even close to the pictures on their website how is this even legal they rip people off like this in this day and age and who is doing the health inspections that place will fail every code GROSS

STAY AWAY..SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Rooms have mold in them, the rooms are just nasty I walked in the room 2 mins after they finished "cleaning" and there was a semen stained pillow case on my pillow smh it was nasty and my wife almost got into a fight with the workers over everything only stayed in my room for like 1 hr trying yo make the best of things but just could not do it. We left and went to feather of the nest inn..a whole lot better trust me. Only one star cause I can't give it a negative star.

It was horrible. The room needs to be updated badly. The hot tub and shower was dirty. The bed was very hard. It had a metal spring sticking out and my boyfriend cut his knee. The linen was old. Was afraid to sleep under the covers. The air conditioner worked when it wanted to. No place to get ice. Had millipedes roaming the room. No toilet tissue on the bathroom. When called the front desk the line was busy. Some of the light were out. The smoke alarm was missing. The tv was very small and none of the furniture matched.

Rooms are in the process of being renovated. It was a rough start when checking in but was upgraded to the honeymoon suite due to the issues in the office. Property was maintained and the renovations to the room were nice. Was not fond of the 10 dollar charge for firewood or the fact there were no large towels in the room or the fact the lights kept flickering. I LOVED THE 2 head shower with the bench for the sauna. Overall, will stay again, maybe in a different room.
