Gets 4 stars for great hotel room, breakfast and support staff. Beware of the predatory assistant general manager! All the staff were awesome except this person. He does not represent the core company values and brand. He is NOT sympathetic to the customer. I am not saying this because I am being mean, I am reporting this to you as a 'beware'.

Great location near the 55. Vineland is no booming metropolis, but there are a good number of places to eat nearby including a Bennigans right next door. Respectable free breakfast in the mornings, and hot coffee available all day. Very clean rooms, but could use a bit more water pressure in the showers. Front desk staff are very friendly and were quick to greet me as a Hilton Honors member.

This Hampton Inn gave me exactly what I needed: a clean, attractive, quiet room with a super comfortable bed, a choice of pillows, the ability to control the HVAC system and an excellent night's sleep! The location is convenient and the people working there were friendly and very helpful!
I highly recommend this place if you're going to be in the area. I didn't have the breakfast so I don't have any idea if it's good or not - but I bet it's decent. I did use the pool which was clean, attractive and well-maintained. I was a happy camper!response / report this review -

Pros:
-simple, fast, easy check in and check out
-lots of outlets and large rooms, mattress and pillows were comfortable
-bedsheet has a weird texture that was scratchy
-sleeper sofa so a room can fit 4 if you're looking to save money
-Fitness room was clean, not busy and stocked with clean towels and water
-Ample self parking
Cons:
-Elevator slightly slow

Stayed for 3 nights in a suite. Great space and clean. Everyone very helpful and knowledgeable. Great continental breakfast with many choices and all free. I would stay here again. They have indoor pool, hot tub and exercise/fitness rooms. Some on another review mentioned bathroom cleanliness not great; I would agree. They are clean but could be better. All in all great stay with helpful staff.

Satisfactory property.
Stayed on 5th floor very musty smell in hallway.
Room was updated with a different open layout, which I kind of liked.
Lobby and dining area are nice and updated. Plenty of dining space. Breakfast was good.
There is junkyard behind the hotel if stuff like that bothers you.response / report this review -

Everything about our stay seemed like it was focused on us and us alone. Clean, professional, hospitable, and made us feel like we were home even though we were far from it. I can't wait to stay here again the next time my wife and I are in this area.

This hotel is my go-to for my trips to the area. Consistently good experience. Clean & pleasant rooms, gracious staff, and a pretty decent breakfast! I highly recommend!

Avoid this hotel.
The customer service is among the worst I have ever experienced.
They do not live up to the Hilton Family criteria for quality service.
We booked two rooms and preselected them days prior to our arrival using the online website. We needed connecting rooms for family caregiving reasons.
When we arrived we were told the rooms were not available because the guests in them decided to extend their stay.
They then scrambled to find us "something." We ended up on different floors.
In my experience whenever I needed to extend a stay I was told I would have to be the one to move rooms if my room had been booked by an arriving guest.
In addition to my family being inconvenienced, I was double charged for the rooms. I had to call multiple times to get it cleared up and we were not treated professional on any occasion.
Do yourself a favor, find another room to rest your head.response / report this review -

Great place for an overnight stay. Rooms was a nice size and very clean. Was only there for one night so didn't have too much interaction with hotel staff but they were very friendly when checking in and out. Was also impressed with the extensive variety of options in their 'Suite Store'.

I stayed in room 506. I have been traveling for the last four years a lot and stayed in different types of hotel and this one is the cleanest I've seen; even on fire stairs I haven't seen any trash. Front desk super welcoming. Room is nice; I couldn't guess it is 7 years old. Hotel have beautiful touches to everything. You have big mirror to look at yourself before you are leaving, well led and nicely designed bathroom, sofa. I like pretty disposable coffee cups and place for "do not disturb" sign.
