Found this place through the local people! The hospitality of the owners is outstanding. Great home cooked breakfast, rooms are all individually decorated and very comfortable. They have made sure they are stocked with everything you could possibly need on your travels!! Except coffee, you definitely need to experience that on the front porch!! The charm of this place and it's owners are a unique experience and one I would recommend to everyone!

Awesome place, the owners really take pride in making your stay memorable. They make sure you have every thing needed from snacks &drinks available at any time to any essentials, to a very satisfying breakfast from a first class chef. They even made sure there was a safe place for us to park our motocycles. First class experience.

I really like the gregarious hosts, Jay & Sharon, their beautiful old house with a wonderful porch & the super breakfast. In addition, Jay is a biker (like I am). In the morning, he jump-started my bike with its cranky battery then biked with me to the Kinzua Bridge, a great tourist site that I would have missed had I not met Jay. THE place to stay in the region, not just in Port Allegany.

Highly recommend. It's like staying with family; super cozy, a delicious breakfast, clean and comfortable bedroom and private bath. Pet friendly with NO weight restrictions on your dog and (our 70 lbs American Bulldog) Roxie was greeted with her very own goodie bag when we arrived! The owners are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area, you can see this is a labor of love for them and not just a way to make a living. A superb experience for us all around!
