It was nice because they allow pets and we have two dogs. The room smelled bad when we arrived, but they offered to move us and brought air freshener that got rid of the smell immediately. I guess thats the price you pay for allowing pets. Overall a good stay and we always use them when traveling. I just wish the room was a little cleaner on check in since there was a $25 pet fee, which I would assume was for additional cleaning.

Lovely room and had all the standard amenities I expected for this class of hotel. Everything was clean, working, and I had no issues. There was a nice sized mini frig that I enjoy having when I travel. The elevators were fast, and there was enjoyable entertainment late into both evenings we stayed. The servers were attentive and friendly. I would definitely return.

Stayed here last minute traveling from Tennessee to Maryland with a dog. Very pet friendly. Clean rooms with decent slightly modern design and quite. Called the reservation hotline while driving and they said there was no vacancy, however they took the time to contract the local number to see about cancellations and were able to accommodate us. 4 stars instead of 5 because the restaurant closed early on weekdays which is the same as local restaurants so I'm fine with that but the commissary (I believe they call it the market) was light on items and drinks to purchase to fill the hunger need when checking in past 10pm.

This hotel was a wonderful experience after a long day of driving (7 straight hours). The staff was courteous and the price was reasonable. In finding Holiday Inns are not as glorious as the expresses, but more than suitable accommodations. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is for a conference center that big and slow on business, we shouldn't have to search forever for a luggage cart and the refrigerator was missing from the room leaving us to be switched. Not something someone wants to deal with when dead on their feet. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience.

I stopped there to sleep after driving a U-Haul for a long distance move. The toilet wouldn't stop running so I had to cut the water off to it. The water for the shower had no temperature adjustment and it was set way too hot it did not matter which way you twisted the nozzle it was way too hot. The air conditioner in the room did not get the room cold so it was warm. When you laid your head on the pillows they just sank into the pillows and engulfed you. Other then that, I slept decent and the staff was nice but I didn't like that they could not take my payment until I checked out because I wanted to use cash.

Holiday Inn Bristol Conference Center is a great place to stay when you are in Bristol. The hotel is in VA and is a 5 minute drive from downtown Bristol. There are many options for shopping and dining within walking distance of the hotel too. I stayed overnight for a business trip. I had a king bed room on the 6th floor with picturesque views of the surrounding area. The room was clean and inviting. The first floor of the hotel has a full restaurant and lounge. The Holiday Inn marketplace is on the first floor as well. The conference rooms are also located on the first floor. I was not attending a conference, but there are several large conference spaces to support events of any size.

Easy access to the highway. Had a movie theater and bowling alley close by. The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Had breakfast there in the morning and it was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay there again.

Got in late (after 0300 AM) and met a nice lady at the desk. She had my reservation ready with keys. Gave me all the information I would need for breakfast and had me ready to go up to my room in around 5 minutes. Room was clean and well designed. Smelled someone smoking at 0400 AM on the non-smoking floor, called front desk and someone came to fix it in less than 10 minutes. Breakfast was well made with good variety.

I visited for breakfast and had a western omelet with a slice of homemade bread. The bread was very good, but only got one small slice. The omelet was good and based on those items, I would give this 4 stars. However, the coffee was bad, I tried regular and decaf and they both tasted tinny and weak. Even the mug was second rate, it was an old thin plastic mug that belongs in a kids camping set. The price was fairly high for the quality and quantity. The service was good and the cook even thanked me for coming.

Service was great upon arrival. No problems with night staff or other guest. Breakfast was included, but morning staff did not appear to know about it. Accommodations were made and breakfast was served a little late. This caused the rest of our day to be late.
