Not a fan of indys parking but this was the only place I could find to park before a concert. Pulled in and was given a ticket, the man stated to just come back LATER and pay then but didn't tell me when they were closing. Came back after 9 and found no one working and my car locked up and was stranded 2 hrs away from home, police tried calling (had to call so an alarm wouldn't go off) but of course the guy didn't have an emergency number for people. Was not happy but someone did end up showing me that the gate does open, used onstar to get in my car and left after waiting 2HRS!! Trust me when I say don't trust this place. I'm not happy with the service and will not be using them again, in my opinion it really doesn't deserve a star at all.

We parked there for a few hours when we were in downtown for a day. Our luggage were open and someone looked thru our stuff. Hopefully we didn't have anything valuable in the car. Keep this in mind before parking there.

The staff was very friendly, but the front of my car was damaged. We filed a report with them but we are waiting for a reaponse from the owners.

Phone line is not working. has been closed for months for repairs, and has now reopened with no word to public, and are asking fro a rate almost 2 times what they originally asked, which was expected. Also, I expected for there to be an elevator or a separate exit form the entrance.
