Conveniently located. Same level of cleanliness as most parking structures. Moderate pricing.

On Feb 18th, 2017 we were in Indy and parked in this garage for about an hour. We inserted a $20.00 bill only to get a receipt that said "***CHANGE SHORTAGE *** $8.00." There was not attendant on site, only a help button, so we got to talk to "Amber" and told her we never got our change back. She took all our info and said someone would call us on Monday. We never heard back, so after a month or so I called the number from the receipt. Nobody was answering. I finally obtained info from the restaurant across the street and person of contact Robert Buyers whom I called multiple times. Each time he promised to call me back and take care of it and the next time would come up with an excuse for not calling. At first, we thought we were owed $8.00, but after investigating all this I came to learn that the max rate for the day is $8.00 so they stole at least $12.00 from us. I would not give it any stars here, of course, but I guess I have to just to be able to post this review.

Has a glass elevator that my son likes. Very good parking with 5 floors.
