  We purchased a stairlift from Independent Living Solutions just a few months ago. We are very satisfied with the product and service. Gary was recommended to us by a friend who had purchased from him years ago. Gary is exceptionally easy to work with. His pricing is reasonable and the timing from purchase to install was awesome. Chase, the installer, was professional and efficient. We feel much safer in our home. Thanks ILS!

  Gary and Chase have been amazing to work with throughout our projects! They are able to creatively problem solve issues (usually less expensively than other companies) and are completely dedicated in providing the best customer service.

  This company is absolutely fantastic! I bought a stair climber from them several years ago and every time I have needed anything from them they were incredibly responsive. There's nothing wrong with the equipment but I had to have my stair climber removed and reinstalled several times. I've also had them do general maintenance and Chase was incredibly professional and responsive. Their prices for stair climbers were so much cheaper than anybody else and Gary was such a joy to work with when I purchased my stair climber.

  I was looking for a stair lift and looked on line for a reputable dealer. I called Independent Living solutions and talked to Laryssa who being very friendly and knowledgeable about their product pointed me in the right direction. The next day the owner, Gary came to my home, assessed my situation, took measurements and showed me the product. I signed up that day. Two days later, Chase the technician, came to my home and did a neat, clean installation. Chase is a very personable young man who did a great job.
  All in all, I feel I bought a great product and Independent Living Solutions made my buying experience easy and fun.Joe
