Was told they would call when it was done and never got a call. Had to call and check and it had been finished for a week. Then the price they quoted me when I dropped it off was half of the total at pickup.

The operations of In The Bag cleaners would not survive in my industry. Countless times my garments cannot be found. Or they can locate them but they were accidentally sent to another location. This business is super conveniently located so I continue to tolerate. I've reached out to the owner and I've received no reaponse. Shame on me for giving so many attempts. My last trip to the store will be when they call me to identify where my garments are located.

I've been using In The Bag for about 10 years and they are the best that I've ever used. In a day when customer service is a lost art, In The Bag delivers exceptional customer service. My clothes have always been ready when promised - even when I've requested them back the same day. Broken buttons are automatically replaced without having to ask. And, best of all, the staff knows me by name and goes to pull my clothes when they see me pull into the parking lot. They've earned my business for keeps!
