Clean, comfortable room, great bed, very nice bathroom. Convenient to I-95 and restaurants. Staff friendly. Fridge was better than most hotel fridges, kept drinks nice and cold. A very nice 2-night stay, would stay again.

It's was a nice hotel close to Melbourne airport (about 8 miles) Melbourne airport is a nice alternative to Orlando's airport. It has a gas station right in front to fill up before taking the rental car back. The rooms are the standard format to a holiday inn express. It has a nice entrance piece that have haven't seen in any other express (a water wall with bubbles) the staff was super helpful.

I was just having a nice night out and I found this amazing hotel. They had a room ready for me, at an amazing price, and with such a welcoming and smiling face! My stay even came with a free breakfast in the morning. Im a picky eater but they had several things I could eat! Fresh yogurt, regular and Greek, egg white omelets, fresh fruit, and even English muffins! This is now going to be my home away from home! Thank you, Holiday Inn Express of Palm Bay!

Best free breakfast we've found in a long time. Spaciousness of room MUCH better than the Polynesian at Disney that we just left (& paid 4x more for). Staff courteous and helpful. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars - Housekeeping issue in our room upon check in. Initial room NOT acceptably clean. However, we were immediately moved to another room which was spotless. Management contacted us first thing in the morning with apologies and made it right. I'm convinced this was an isolated event, not a statement of overall cleanliness.

National Award Winning location year after year! The GM (PK) is one of the most active and influential members of our community and has given much back over the years. The hotel is immaculate, and the service is outstanding by any standard.

A friend of mine stayed here for a couple of days. She wasn't thrilled with the room, had a bit of a musty smell. The place could use some updating to attract more business. I met her there for breakfast and found a lot of the foods ran out and it took a long time to be refilled. Coffee was weak. Not really impressed with it myself.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was good, including fruit, yogurt, cereal, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and a bunch of other stuff.
Beds were ultra comfy, with nice bedding, and 2 firm and 2 soft pillows. I definitely would stay here again, and highly recommend it.response / report this review -

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was good. Good restaurants if you head toward the river. Bathroom shower head sprayed everywhere and sink vanity was tall and wide..difficult if you're under 5'2". We would stay here again.

We held our reunion at this hotel and the surrounding area. The staff was very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond our expectations. The rooms were extremely clean and the staff did an excellent job of making sure that our room was tidy and fresh every day. The breakfast is nice. The hallways were always being vacuumed. Laundry room was well kept and clean. I am really picky when it comes to cleanliness and customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely come back to stay!

Pamela at the front desk delivered excellent customer service. She was prompt to resolve all of her issues with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. We normally like staying at Holiday Express because we can always expect clean room nice comforters nice beds but this trip was a little more special thanks to Pamela

Room was large and clean. Very convenient, right off of I95. Breakfast options are limited. Parking I front was readily available even though we checked in at 10pm.

The room was spotless when we came there, the cleaning crew were very friendly and did their work very well. The customer service were also very nice and helpful. The breakfast was not the best, but still decent.

Jessica at the front desk has been more accommodating​than any other front desk attendant I have ever encountered. The room was clean, and looked elegant. Our stay so far has been exactly as we hoped. Would stay again, and would recommend. Located in Palm Bay, Florida.
