I would have given a 1 star review if the food here wasn’t genuinely so good, but the dining experience is infuriating. Expect to wait a VERY long time for everything. Every time I have gone (does not matter the day or the time) they are always under staffed and always seat a higher capacity than they can manage and because service is spread thin and the kitchens can only work so fast orders pile up. I went there recently and after being seated had to wait 40 minutes before anyone would even take our food order. I will probably not be going here anymore because it takes 3 hours every time just to eat one entree.

This place is amazing. I have had Peking duck in a bunch of major cities San Fran, Toronto, and Manhattan. This duck is on par with the best of the best! We also got the Dim Sum sampler. Wow!!! We had a feast. Hugely recommend . 7 stars out of 5

Best Chinese food in Denver, grew up here & always struggle to find a consistent good Chinese spot since I was a kid but ever since I found imperial it’s been my go to for consistent quality Chinese food. From the moment you get there you can smell it outside & from the moment you walk in you notice it’s elegance & know you’re in for a great. they have the best black pepper steak I’ve ever had anywhere! 10/10 highly recommended I now live in Boulder & continue to go all the way down to southwest Denver off Broadway & Alameda for the best Chinese food in denver undoubtedly!

Great place to eat, wide variety of foods (including vegan options), high quality cooking and skilled chefs, great attentive staff, clean and always a treat to go back. Personal favorites: Chicken pot stickers & Crab wontons 👌🥰🔥
