  Ice Heating and Cooing installed a heater furnace and coil in November, 2021. We paid for two upcoming services. Recently, our A/C stopped cooling. Since we had paid Ice for upcoming services, we decided to let them determine why the unit was not working properly. Keep in mind we have two A/C units. One is the original and was installed when the house was built in 1998. Which means it probably will need replacing very soon.
  
  The Ice technician determined our capacitor needed to be replaced which costs $304.00 (parts and labor). I found the same capacitor on Amazon for $9.29. When I asked a manger to adjust the price, he refused. According to the manager, other companies charge around $355.00 to install the same capacitor. He said we were getting a discount. I explained that we were repeat customers and more than likely we will be replacing our second unit very soon and using Ice Heating & Cooling. The manager refused to lower the price.
  
  We contacted a different service and they came out installed the unit on the weekend for $165.00 (parts and labor). Ice Heating & Cooling is totally over priced and their business logic makes no sense.
  Walk away from Ice Heating & Cooling, better yet run away from them.

  In Las Vegas one of the most critical components to your home is your HVAC. As a result, you need a dependable, responsive, dedicated, competent, affordable company with integrity and expertise. ICE is that company. The team is seamless from start to finish and their commitment to service is unparalleled. Riley, Junior Silva and each and all on the ICE team understand what it means to earn your business time and time again. They are trustworthy, fair, and as someone else said treat you like family. I would give them a 10 if possible. Thank you ICE for being on my team.

  Our AC unit was over 15 years old and was near the end of its life. We decided to get it replaced before the heat of this summer starts kicking in. Our furnace is only a few years old, so we wanted to ensure we got a condenser and coil that was compatible.
  
  We solicited quotes from four different companies. Although we had one quote lower than ICE, we chose them anyway based on better reviews, extras they could offer, and their presentation as to our options.
  
  Bryan presented the options available to us and was great to work with, in that he took as much time as we needed to answer all of our questions. He examined our current setup to ensure compatibility (including doing a manual J study to confirm correct sizing). His presentation, along with the fact that he indicated there would be a post-installation follow-up is what eventually won us over.
  
  For the actual installation, Ken and Albert worked nonstop over 9 hours nonstop to get it all installed correctly. They ran into a few issues (furnace needed to be 'rehung', issues trying to fit the condenser unit through our gate). However, they did any repairs that were needed, and we were impressed as to their work ethic to get the job done nonstop without a lunch break and few regular breaks. So far, everything seems to be working great (we haven't had any temp extremes yet, but have confidence that it will work well).
  
  Note that the company also does dryer vent cleaning, which appealed to us also. We are happy with the installation and mainly chose ICE due to their reviews and that they seem to be a company that seems honest and trustworthy.

  Junior, Thomas, and the entire crew at ICE are phenomenal. They are professional, hardworking, dedicated, and timely. I have used this business for several years now and I not only trust their judgment and pricing regarding repairs and issues presented, but I welcome the opportunity to gain their wisdom about how to keep my home safe and comfortable. These team members work day in and day out to build customer relationships longterm rather than just getting the job done. In Las Vegas, A/C is a health and safety issue and ICE will serve you and your family with impeccable care and preventative maintenance. Thank you Junior, Thomas and all for going above and beyond every single time.

  We have been using ICE for just about 1 year now and could not be happier. They are the only company we found last year that would actually answer their phones and come out the same day (Sunday) when our AC unit failed and it was 117 out. Because of that we chose to get their Club Membership.
  Recently, during routine maintenance, Ricky discovered an issue with our system and was kind enough to sit down with us, draw our system out on paper and explain what the issue was/next steps. During a second visit for a leak detection test, Ricky was an absolute gem and just further solidified our trust in this company. He consistently explained everything he was doing and his findings to me, then to our (extremely difficult) home warranty company, and then to the property owner. I genuinely appreciate how Ricky explains things and makes you feel a lot calmer about the fact that your entire AC unit may need replacing. He really treats you like a great friend and we are so appreciative of that.
  
  We will honestly recommend Ricky and anyone at ICE Heating & Cooling to everyone we know.
