  This place has to be the best auto shops for hybrids in Orange County. I was referred to Hybrid 911 by another mechanic who didn’t deal with hybrid cars.
  My car broke down in the middle of the freeway, and I was quoted for the hybrid battery replacement by the dealership. My car could have been ready to run after changing the fuel pump, which these guys have done, and I was able to save triple the money I would have spent at the dealership to fix the car.
  Overall the experience at this place was amazing, and I would recommend anyone with hybrids to get their car check here.

  Where to begin, long story short this is the spot to go for any Hybrid failures. They are honest mechanics and that is hard to come by. They replace parts with working used parts which is better than new (price wise). You know the parts work, and they offer you 6 months warranty. Tony and his team got my broken transmission out, and replaced it within a day. These guys work hard and efficiently. They went above and beyond to add missing plastic clips and pressure washed the entire engine making look clean. Thanks guys I will be coming back if my car breaks down in the future since it does have high mileage, and the wife does commute with it.
  
  A little back ground of what lead me to this awesome shop. I purchased a used Lexus CT200h ran well for 2.5 months and I took it on a road trip 1,556 miles and on the way back to California. Going uphill I lost power heard weird noises, the dash lights came up Check Hybrid Systems. I performed a battery system reset thinking it was that. I unplugged the orange fuse from the rear where the spare tire is and I unplugged the white cable from the front fuse box. Dash lights cleared then shut down instantly. I knew then I was something else. The car left us stranded in the middle of no where (Needles, CA). Unfortunately not even AAA could find a tow company to agree to come get us. Shoutout to CHP Lloyd he helped my wife and kids get to a safe area at a gas station in the city closest by. I had a family member pick us up and take us home. I left the car there. Next day I Rented a uhaul tow and went back to pick up the CT200h. I then researched a lot of shops in SoCal, and rip-off’s everywhere I searched. I almost gave up searching. Then I found this Gem Hybrid 911 Prius. Out of the bat Tony and his boss gave me a better quote than all the other competitors. Some competitors even said to just take it to the dealer yeah that’s a hard pass.

  I have two cells on my 2008 Prius HV battery getting low on voltage. They were replaced, code cleared and power restored. Good job but not so cheap on replacing two cells. But better than replacing whole battery.

  I got word from another shop that my Gen 3 Prius head gasket was compromised (190k miles, it was to be expected), and I called Hybrid 911 to see my options. Valentin spent 15 minutes with me on the phone going through some options and was very informative throughout the process and answered many questions. I dropped my car off on Saturday and it was ready for pickup Tuesday morning. Super fast turnaround for a new engine installed, and the pricing was very competitive with no compromise in work quality. They even cleaned up the other parts of my engine bay, and gave me a full rundown of how to ensure I would get the most life out of my new engine. Highly recommended, I drove from San Diego to this shop and I would do it again if needed! A+! Don't bother taking your Prius anywhere else, these guys are the best!

  I own a 2012 Toyota Prius Plugin Gen3 (181k miles) and during Friday night rush hour my check engine light turned on and I started to lose power and eventually my car stopped running after I safely parked my car.
  
  I got a "Check hybrid system Stop vehicle in a safe place" on my dashboard and the orange Triangle of death.
  
  After towing my car home, I called my mechanic and told him about my situation and described my car’s issue with them. I also called the dealer. Both my mechanic and dealer said the same thing.. it must be the HV battery pack. After all, I had 180k plus on my car.
  
  I got a referral from a friend and so I text Hybrid 911. They responded right away and I scheduled a quick diagnostic test at my house. Hybrid911 tech came out to my house and did a diagnostic test on my Prius. He told me it wasn't the battery pack. It was my fuel pump. I was shocked! Everyone else told me it was the HV battery pack.
  
  I appreciate their honesty and straight forward approach- No games & no sales pitch. Hybrid 911 also offered me whether I wanted a used part, refurbished, or new OEM Parts. These guys are passionate about Priuses and they know the car inside and out. My car is working great now and I did not have to replace the large battery pack.
  
  Don't hesitate to call. When my car craps out again. I'm taking it directly to them.
