Very Nice Hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff. 2 things if they can change. First there is no coffee after 10 am and secondly cleaning staff is loud. Told them once and they were quite after that during my stay.

I could not have asked for better customer service! Jonathan was absolutely phenomenal. I was trying to help my mother who is traveling across the country with her hotel stay. Jonathan helped her grab her bags, got her to her room and got her food! I work diligently in customer service every day and I must say this was the best I’ve seen! I cannot thank you enough for helping take care of my Mothers needs! Hyatt Customer For Life!

Very happy with our stay. The room was roomy with a nice bathroom where the sink was separate from the rest of the bathroom. Check-in was quick and easy as was checking out. The staff was wonderful. Sanford was professional but charismatic and Sidney was a delight and made me a birthday-worthy piece of cheesecake when I'd come to the desk for some dessert and she found out it was my birthday. The free breakfast was excellent. I would have given it five stars but the bed wasn't all that comfortable to me (altho my husband didn't mind it) and the pillows were like sleeping on air. Even with 2 stacked your head sinks to the bed. These 2 Things are rather important so I discounted one star. All in all it was a great stay and we will stay again.

I would recommend this Hotel highly. Rooms were fantastic, food was great!! I needed a print out of a mapped area and they offered one. The entire staff I encountered was friendly and helpful. The whole place was sparkling clean too. I love it lol.

The lobby and the room looked very good. It was after a bit of time spent at the hotel did we notice issues. Nothing harmful or disgusting, just some nuances. Our room had a faint musty odor to it, as if it hadn't been touched in a while or something wet was drying out somewhere. Our bathroom door never latched properly, so our kids kept peeking in. Other than that, it was a pretty decent hotel with the usual expected amenities. The room heater worked extremely well. The bed was comfortable. All essentials were provided or could be asked for. The breakfast was fine. Nothing spectacular, but it was edible. Overall, it was a decent stay.

The hotel is pretty old but clean and decently maintained. The bathroom was unusually small and it felt conjusted. The bedroom door had to be pushed in to close. The breakfast spread is pathetic compared to other Hyatt. The staff is really friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Stay was very comfortable. I used the hotel for a professional business trip but if it was my own dime I would probably not go again.

Remodeled and New staff resulted in much nicer place to stay on business or for pleasure. This overhaul was long overdue! Great location. I will be back. Only negative comment: breakfast buffet was cut back. No pastries or donuts. But, overall, good breakfast buffet.

This is a great location with easy access to the highway. We reserved the room through a third party service which I have used numerous times before. This is our first time staying at Hyatt Place. As an engaged couple, we were given a room with two double beds. I was told that there were no king beds available, but I was not told why. We later overheard that they were at capacity with two different teen traveling sports teams. My fiance is 6'7 to my 5'10". We were given an ADA room, which would not normally be an issue. Most everything in the room is at knee level. There was no dresser to unpack clothes in. While the room design was odd, it was doable. A couple of the outlets didn't work. Overall, it's been an okay stay, but more frustrating than normal.

Clean and well kept. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed but pillows were hard as rocks. Exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work and bathroom was tiny. Overall good stay with only a couple minor complaints.

Hotel was generally adequate considering price. However, upon check-out and enroute to the airport I remembered I left my $250 Beats headphones (shame on me). I immediately called the hotel to secure them so I could turnaround and grab them quickly before my flight. Staff then notified me that no headphones were found in the room, there is absolutely no way the headphones could be anywhere else as they certainly weren't with me in the rental car. If there is anything I don't respect it is lack of integrity, I won't be staying at a Hyatt or affiliated hotel again.

Loved the room, but wish it had a microwave. Awesome staff. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was disappointing . It was very limited. The oatmeal tasted like it wasn't fully cooked and there wasn't a turkey substitution for those who don't eat pork.

Room was nice and clean. Pool area is nice addition but you exit the building and it's off to the side. Signs around the hotel advertised the amazing food options that ended up being very limited on the free breakfast. Overall good not great.

Newly remodeled, I really like this hotel. Good breakfast, rooms and public areas are all updated. Fast internet. Very close to a lot of great restaurants. All new furniture in the rooms and in the lobby.

Lobby and room were gorgeous. Friendly staff. Gave it 4 stars because I wasn't a fan of the comfort of the bed or the pillows. May just be a personal preference. Also, there was a dirty sock in the room upon check in. Breakfast was delicious but super busy and the staff had a hard time keeping up with everyone. They ran out of forks, plates, cups, everything, and everyone had to wait a while. There was some sort of baseball event going on and I just don't think they were prepared for the overload of people that morning. Overall, nice hotel. I'd stay again.
