Very nice hotel. Room was nice size and clean, bathroom was nice and clean, and had a fridge and microwave. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. Overall, much nicer experience and less expensive than the Hampton we just stayed in.

Hotel was nice and close to shopping and many restaurants, and close enough drive to attractions in downtown Kansas City. The staff was super friendly and courteous. The room was clean and nicely furnished, though the bed was a little hard for my taste. The pool has a very nice, large hot tub and a cool slide that kids seem to love, but that makes it hard to actually "swim" because the pool isn't overly big to have a water slide. (it causes quite a current and there are constantly kids careening off the slide into the middle of the pool lol). My son still enjoyed the pool very much. They have coffee, hot tea, lemon water, and iced tea available in the lobby all day and the breakfast had many options, both hot and cold. Loved the pancake maker! ☺️. Overall, a nice experience.

This is a nice hotel, but the pool is VERY small. The picture online makes the pool look big and one of our reasons for choosing this hotel, but evidently everyone was thinking the same because the pool is crowded and we are unable to enjoy ourselves. If you are not concerned about swimming then this is a nice hotel to stay at. We have the double queen suite, it is roomy and comfortable. I'm just a little upset about not being able to enjoy the pool. We haven't even gotten to the next morning, I am so upset about this pool, I decided to write about it now!

Rooms were nice and well maintained. Breakfast was typically good. Have stayed here before on a quick overnight while traveling and they've maintained their decent quality. We got in a bit late, and had to try three different rooms before we could get one where the key worked and the door actually locked. Even one of the ones we eventually got was a bit finicky in getting the door to close.

Even under normal circumstances, I would have been thoroughly impressed with this hotel and staff. It is a comfortable and classy setting, and the customer service is top-notch. Our family arrived after having just been in a horrific rollover accident on the highway; miraculously, no one was seriously hurt, but we were shaken up, sore and in shock. We had to regroup and handle some immediate needs in order to continue our cross-country journey. The management and staff at this location treated us incredibly warmly, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They provided more than what was expected in order to accomodate our needs during a difficult time. Every single person we encountered was sincerely friendly, kind and helpful. Highly recommend this place for cleanliness, classiness and hospitality!

Been staying in this hotel for every one of my business trips to Kansas City. I travel here approximately 10 - 15 times per year. I won't stay at any other hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, including the bartender. The rooms are spacious and always clean. Fitness center, pool with a spiral water slide, great breakfast, and much much more!

We had an amazing time at the best western. From the minute we checked in until the time we left. The G.M. himself was awesome always smiling and laughing with us. He has some of his "regulars" there that just absolutely love him. Thank you to the whole staff everyone was great. Made my daughter's sweet 16 birthday weekend a blast.

The front staff (Hanna and Sophie) were very nice and super helpful. The breakfast was great and everything was clean! Every staff member smiled and asked how we were doing every time we walked pasted! We will be looking for best westerns for our stays from now on!

Loved the hotel. Room was clean and as advertised very comfortable. The bar closes at 10:00pm but I do have to say the bartender "Starr" was very professional and talkative and actually made me a drink I'd never had before. Highly recommend the hotel and will return if in the area again.

Racism, lying and towing cars. Parking was supposed to be included. The lot quickly became full, and the Asian lady at front desk began directing us to park in various locations around the lot. Later the same night, the same lady who told us and many others that we could park could park in certain places called the police and began pointing at the very same cars she told could park, and asking them to be towed. Luckily we saw from our balcony and questioned her about why she would tell us where to park then tow us immediately after. She dodged the question then made up a rule that one room only gets one car, even though we payed for 3 nights in their largest room for 6 people. Turns out a large group of white families arrived for softball, and our predominantly minority group for a car show was treated with much less respect and honesty, even though we had been here four 2 nights already. We are hurt, angry and are too afraid for our vehicles to even sleep. This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

I don't stay in Best Westerns very often, so I can't compare it to other locations, but this was an excellent hotel with good amenities and nice rooms. The rooms were clean, modern and updated with a nice large flatscreen TV. The pool isn't large, but had a water park style slide that my kids rode for nearly two hours. The complimentary breakfast had eggs, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurt, pancakes, and a variety of other options. I would definitely reccomend this hotel for travelers of all types.

Woke up in the morning to a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom in our suite. Called front desk and they came to have a look. They said it was from the high river and it happens sometimes. Their remedy was to soak the bathroom in vanilla air freshener. Sewage on it's own made the bathroom unusable, both combined made the whole room unbearable. Asked if there was a different shower we could use and they said that there wasn't. We were offered free late checkout to compensate, even though we wouldn't have been late if we hadn't been waiting so long for them to come up with the air freshener "solution". 3000 reward points were offered after an hour and a half phone call to the customer help line. Have had many great stays in other BW. DON'T STAY HERE! Tl;dr woke to strong sewage smell, wasn't handled appropriately. Cheesy reimbursement of 3000 points. Need 8000 points for basic 1 night stay in the most affordable best western.

Stayed here a few times over the years while driving across the country. Nice accommodations for the price, and pet friendly too. No pet deposit was requested (just be a responsible owner and clean up after your pet).

What gets this 5 stars, though For breakfast, they have a machine that 3D prints fresh, hot pancakes. Pancakes! These aren't pancakes that have been sitting in a heated tray for an hour; the machine literally makes you two fluffy, steaming pancakes in the time it takes for you to decide between getting a muffin or a bagel. We live in an age of wonders. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm passing through.

This has been a wonderful experience! There's a receptionist named Hannah that is just perfect! She's constantly smiling and extremely helpful. Other then her wonderful self the room is modern and clean. The soaps are bath and body and all the appliances are up to date. The pool is worth every penny for the rooms. There's a slide that makes you feel like you're at a water park and a good sized hot tub! Also the breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend it.
