Bartenders are friendly, beer is cold, juke box happily eats money and belts out tunes, what more could ya ask for?
Depending on the time of the day/night, one of Uptown Washington's derelicts might be there, but they typically keep to themselves. Jose's is everything you crave in a hometown bar. Plenty of TVs, great selection of bottled and draught beers, great service and they don't charge "Pittsburgh prices" in their booze.
