I’m soooo over this place and the RUDE lady that takes the orders over the phone. She’s so worried about asking about the tip before your food is even delivered that she got my order wrong. Then had the nerve to say she didn’t hear me. I bet she didn’t hear me…POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve ordered from here a lot and tried to overlook small things like not receiving utensils to condiments that’s suppose to come with the order but this is UNACCEPTABLE! AT LEAST have a pleasant attitude when someone calls in to try to resolve the situation!

Nice people that work there and all, but it pains me to say that the chicken dishes were like rubber, and everything was drenched in soy sauce. That being said, I have super high standards for Chinese food. The restaurant would be out of business if it were located in Chinatown /Flushing in NYC, DC, SF, or Honolulu. Check out the pictures I posted for a forray into the "brown food group" that is pervasive at Hunan Family.

Best Chinese food in Columbia, MD. Would definitely recommend. Love their food. Food is delicious. If you love Chinese food this is the place to go. Plenty of food for a good price. I love the shrimp fried rice, egg foo young, and pepper steak. So much I could not eat in one setting.

If you could give zero stars I would. This used to be one of the best place to order from but as years have gone by the food has fallen off and the "you need us more than we need you" attitude makes it easy to never order from them again. The price and quality just don't match. That's only if they don't lose your order and ask you to wait another 30 mind after waiting for an hour to begin with. At some point you have to have your last bad experience.
