Meat way too salty. Fries not enough salt. Guacamole bland. Place small. Staff very friendly, & helpful. But to eat? Not going there again.

Love this taco shop moved to San Fernando Valley and every time I visit San Diego I must come through for the rolled tacos, carne asada burrito, and their shrimp burrito. Meat well seasoned and tender, shrimp are a nice size and juicy. You can't go wrong here

Can't go wrong with this place honestly. I haven't tried everything but all the basics are great, including the breakfast. Service is fast and the cashiers are amicable. No frills, simple seating and quick delicious food

Very friendly, quick, never ordered ANYTHING that wasn't delicious. Fresh, no long wait I'd recommend it to Any one and everyone. If there's any individual that doesn't like Mexican food/taco shop food. I guarantee that they will once they've eatin here. My only complaint is finding parking space and they should expand so more customers can sit and dine in and enjoy the food right then and there while it's hot and fresh. Not worry about spills in the car trying to eat and enjoy or wait to get all the way home and it's starting to get cold. Other than that. Not 1 complaint what so ever

The best in San Diego. By far. I love carne asada fries and no other taco shop or restaurant compares. There are other good spots but this one always tops.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Best So Cal style taco shop that I've ever been to. The food is right on point ! Some of the family favs are; Rolled Tacos, Refried Beans, Bean & Cheese Burritos, Machaca Burritos, Carne Asada Nachos with Guacamole n Chees, Mmmmmmmmmm 😋😋😋😋😋! ! !
PS, I'm dating myself now but this has been my favorite Taco Shop in all SD, but I still remember and miss the legendary Gold Star Tamale Co. that used to be down the street on 43rd. ☹️response / report this review -

This taco shop has been around since the 60's an old school family taco shop with fine quality mexican food , friendly workers dedicated to serving great qualities food for the neighborhood and community for over 40 years and there're still standing still serving great food, no matter what, keep doing what you do, Humberto'so Taco Shop, I give them 5 starsthere're my best
