  I purchased 3 dress shirts. The fit is ok, slightly tight around the chest and a bit too loose around the waist. The fabric quality is good. Customer service was great until another store associate made an incredibly condescending and uncalled for comment to me. I still can't figure out why??? I may or may not return again.

  I only wanted to buy one item but I ended up buying more because of the great customer service.
  
  But why I gave only one or less star? 
  
  Because of the manager is a less respecting person. He has a great employees but him self need to learn some manners. He showed us a bad attitude when I asked him about the price of a shirt. So, I asked myself do I need these clothes badly to tolerate his attitude.
  
  The answer is definitely NO. 
  
  I am returning everything I bought only because of that unqualified manager at Hugo Boss factory store.
