I give three stars because I've been here numerous times and have received exceptional service until today. If you want to watch sports, consider any of the several bars on the same block. I do not recommend Hudson Grille.
I attended Hudson to watch football (as I have before) with several friends. Our waitress was Alexis. Over the four hours we were there, Alexis only visited our table five times. Our food and drinks were continuously late or incorrect, and Alexis was unapologetic and confrontational in every situation. Of the six patrons at our table, one never received her food, one had to get drinks from the bar twice, and one was charged for food he never ate. The manager was unresponsive to complaints. This was the first bad experience I have had at Hudson Grille, but be careful on gamedays or when sitting upstairs.response / report this review -

Pretty nice place to watch sports. Competitive with other chain sports restaurants/bars. I went here twice so far. The first time, I ordered the Reuben and it tasted good. The second time, I went on a Friday night and I ordered the Honey Chipotle and Lemon-Aki wings and both flavors tasted good. Amanda was a really friendly bartender. Amanda helped me learn about the different parts of Atlanta. Food prices are fair for the portion size. I would recommend.

I like this location better than the one by CNN. The management there are very friendly and accommodating if possible. The wait staff is good and if you were to ask about a certain dish they can give you what information you ask for. Atmosphere is very live especially during football season. Just don't be a New England Patriots fan in a place full of Falcons. The food is very good too. I love their artichoke dip.

Terrible game day staffing. In an apparent attempt to skimp on hours, they had two servers running the entire top floor during the Alabama vs FSU game. This place is a game day destination and they knew they'd be packed. As a result service suffered and I'm sure the servers were unfairly penalized with low tips for the poor service. It took 20-30 minutes to get a beer, 25+ for appetizers, 15 minutes for an empty water refill, etc. As upset as I wanted to be at the server, it's not her job to staff or plan hours. Luckily grocery stores sell food and beer to complement my nice TV, as I'll be watching the remainder of games either at home or at another sports bar. Hudson used to be a favorite, but this experience ruined it.

Stopped by here for drinks one afternoon and the bartender was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. It made for a wonderful afternoon. The drinks were amazing as well. We will definitely be going back!

My wife and I stopped in late (11pm) for a quick bite on our way back to the hotel. Evan our waiter was courteous. We each their house burger with tarter tots and mac & cheese (recommend them both). The manager on duty came by and introduced herself and politely asked if we were enjoying the meal and service. We did. Recommend you stop by if you in the area.

Good food, good music playing in the background, good service. Me and my sis walked from the W Atlanta Midtown. Waiter told us to join the VIP club for 25% off during happy hour so we did. Ordered a couple of apps and two different cocktails everything was good. Chili cheese tots hit the spot as did the lemon-lavender Collins. We also had a old forth mule that was okay and the potato chips in the app menu. We stayed for a while just hanging out. Ordered dessert and spiked coffee as well. Clean bathroom in the downstairs area. Manager stopped by early on to make sure everything was good for us. Our waiters name was D.

Customer service has went downhill..
Waiter let 3 people cut in front of me, spoke to me rudely and had an attitude to customers for no reason.
I understand that sometimes, it may be busy with an overload of customers coming in for a game etc - but still doesn't mean treat random customers less than.response / report this review -

Used to be good but service has gone way down hill. Food is syill good, you just cant get it. Just sat there for 20 minutes without service, not even water. Watched 3 servers stand around and couldn't flag them down. Walked across the street to Taco Mac. Immediate service.

We wound up here because other places had a wait and they did not. Food and beer selection is pretty good but the service was very slow at this location. It wasn't crowded. Lots of TVs.

This a really nice place to go, have a beet and a really nuce burguer. They got some good beers that are served always ice cold. The place has some good music and it is really close to nice places near midtown.

Great, friendly atmosphere. Plenty of TV's to watch any game. Friendly staff (special shout out to Vanessa) and great food - fish tacos were delicious! Would recommend to anyone.
