Amazing dealership, and I highly recommend them.

Let me explain what happened. We were in the market to replacement our winter vehicle with a 4x4 or something with AWD. There was used vehicle listed on their website, in our price range. I called and spoke with Steve Price, and he invited us to come down. We live in Noblesville, so it was around an hour drive. When we got there, someone had beaten us by about 5 minutes. One of the managers, quickly grabbed us and brought us in and explained what had happened, already had another vehicle that was better (a few years older and a few more miles, but over better value). We drove it, loved it; but it was over our price point. They worked with us on our trade and we were able to come to a price-point to where we were both happy.

Overall, the best experience I've had at a dealership. At the same time, we also just purchased a new vehicle for my wife, and after bad experiences at almost 10 dealerships, I wish we would have found these guys first. Thank you again!

Not the most friendly people, they don't seem sincere.

The Hubler team gave exceptional service in providing information concerning the process of installing assist steps on my new Silverado. Wes and Jim answered my questions, showed me the steps to make sure it was the product I expected and was very professional. The work was finished in a very reasonable amount of time. The steps look great and I would recommend this service department to anyone.

I was looking for a Chevy Volt and they had it. They were in constant contact to find me the vehicle I was looking for. We came to terms on price and other items to be delivered. As of now the promised items on the "We Owe" have not been delivered. Keep in mind the car was purchased on December 30, 2015. I've contacted them a few times regarding the "We Owe" as of yet no one from the dealership has returned my calls to tell after almost 3 months that they dropped the ball and that they would fulfill their part on the "We Owe". A little courtesy goes a long way, if you can spend that much effort calling me to get me in to buy the car I'd hope that you could spend as much time following up to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. A very poor way to do business. It used to be a man's word could be secured by a handshake. Now even if it is in writing that doesn't seem to be good enough.
