Staff is Professional, knowledgeable and caring. Office is clean. Covid made things difficult for awhile but I they managed to get a good system going and appointment were managed.

Impossible to get an appt. When I call, they take my info and tell me a scheduler will call me back. If you answered the phone, why can't you just schedule me now? I wanted continuity of care since I am treated at this hospital. I work in the medical field and having callbacks for a new patient visit is absurd. I can understand if it is for established patientsbut then they need to actually have someone call the patient back!!!

Unfortunately I'm an employee with insurance that has to use this office. No ones ever there to answer your callsinstead there's an answering service that is of no use, they can't evdn make appointments. Takes forever for someone to call & schedule you, then when they do it's a bogus appointmentso someone calls you back to reschedule. This is a pain clinic people you can't expect to do this type of unorganized & unfulfilling stuff & get good reviews. I am in severe pain with no recourseI have to use these people!!!!!😲😲😲If youcan, go somewhere else!!!! Get quicker & better serbice with more docs to choose from

Terrible office staff. Signed in, sat down to wait, and 15 minutes later some employee's rolling her eyes at me for not filling out forms that were never provided to me. The last straw was when the office staff insisted I sign a form stating that I'd asked the doctor any questions I may have, prior to letting me ask any questions or even speak with the doctor about his abhorrently inept and dishonest reception staff. When I asked to speak with a supervisor about this fiasco, the receptionists kept repeating that there was a supervisor, but she would not tell me who that person is. They expect me to trust them to care for me after having surgery ? What a joke.
