Has had our truck for 13 months, and keeps lying that he has fixed it, ans is clise to being finished. Wouldn't refer this business or Joel if it were the last business on earth. I'd walk. Awful customer service. Actually removed the glass from our escalade truck to put in his own personal vehicle.

I had to have my hub replaced. At Cobbs it would have cost me $233.74, but I went to House Call Automotive and it only cost me $155. Plus, the staff is friendly and the mechanic does an excellent job.

Best place in town! We were lost on a military move and no one offered to help with our issue or even look at the car till the next day! Owner checked my car and fixed it immediately ! Turns out I had a bubble in my tire and he didn't even charge! Great guy awesome place!

We were driving from New Orleans to Tallahassee when our alternator started going out. It was a Saturday evening in Defuniak. All repair shops were closed until Monday. I called Joel with Housecall Automotive and he opened up his shop for me at 9 PM to help us get back on the road. He had the alternator changed within an hour for a reasonable price. Awesome service!
