First time I used the shop they were very polite and helped me over the phone to try and order parts cheaper than through VW. Had my car a few days but vehicle was fixed afterward. Good shop I'm using them again and ill let u know how it goes.

Best shop I've ever been to. Reliable! Friendly! Affordable! Just all around great!!! I used to work at a car lot and One Shot was/is the shop they used. So of course when I blew out the rear end in my truck I went there. They were highly recommended by many people. So I called the shop and explained what I thought was wrong with my truck. Damon, the owner, told me to bring it on down and they'd check it out when they had a chance. When I called back they were super friendly and told me what was wrong. My husband did what he did with the insurance and they started on it. Because of our situation and being in the middle of a move I was super worried about what we'd do. Every time I called they were super nice and never annoyed with the amount of times I called or the crazy questions I asked. My truck took longer than planned because something about the part and we had to leave it When we moved. When it was ready I went on down to get it. Sadly I forgot one detail The shop is closed on the weekend!! And I forgot to call Friday to let them know I was coming. Luckily I was able to get a hold of someone that could get a hold of them. When they got to the shop they were not upset, like I thought they would be. Instead he was very understanding, told me everything they did and made sure my truck was good to drive. I really appreciate everything they did and I would recommend them to anyone. They are super friendly, reliable and very accommodating. Thank you so much Joey, Damon and the rest of the One Shot team!!!

One shot comes highly recommended by myself and my wife. We were in the middle of a move and Damon help us out tremendously. Very professional team he has on hand. I would highly recommend one shot based one the quick turn around rate they had with my truck. My Nissan Frontier had a completely destroyed rear axle. The piece was not even manufactured anymore for that specific truck. Some how they found a way to get the manufacturer to remold and cast a new one to my trucks specifications. Once I moved they had it ready and working better than before and did not charge me a ridiculous fee for letting me keep the truck there for a few nights till I could come get it from Tennessee. Damon when out of his way to meet me on a weekend to give me the keys to my truck. The best part about this experience is that they are well versed in dealing with a variety of insurance company. I had to do little to no work on dealing with the insurance. They are extremely soldier friendly and most importantly they are person friendly. They understand every day life gets in the way and work with YOU. They are not pushy nor do they try to give you outrageous prices for labor. If I were still in the area they would be my number ONE go to for any issues. One shot surely made this experience painless and easy. Thank you Damon and thank you to your team for an outstanding and professional experience!!!
