House of DeVaughn's Bridal was the first wedding dress store I had visited and it set the bar for my other two dress store visits. I had missed an email from Kim asking about my dress preferences, but I had completed this the night before my appointment. To my surprise, she had viewed this Saturday morning and had about 5-6 dresses picked out that were exactly what I was looking for! During this experience with my family, she was very professional and assisted in every step. That day, I had left to visit two other stores within the next two weeks. As I had mentioned, Kim had raised the bar quite high. The other two stores did not come close to the professional customer service as Kim had presented. I had found another dress that was okay, but ultimately it was the dress selection, local convenience, and professionalism that found me back at House of DeVaughn. After the last dress day, I had drove back to Jackson (from another dress store) unexpectedly and asked Kim & Alan if I could try my "maybe" dress back on. It was a busy Saturday, but they found a few spare moments to assist me back into my dress, which with the tears of my best friend, proved to be "the dress". I have found the dress, but luckily my dress shopping experience continues with Kim & Alan in the next coming months. I can not be happier with these decisions that I've made in being a House of DeVaughn Bridal customer. Thank you both!!!

When I️ began my search for the perfect wedding dress, I️ did the usual rounds like David’s Bridal and other large-scale, or corporate bridal shops. Let me tell you. When I️ came to House of Devaughn, I️ was treated like family the moment I️ walked through the door. Alan and Kim are the sweetest people ever. They worked with me endlessly as I️ drove long distance to appointments, fittings and helped me personalize every inch of my dress..exactly how I️ wanted it. They made the entire process so easy for methere is no one else I️ would recommend!!!

Love this place! She had dresses picked out in my price range ready to go when I got there. She knew what style I was looking for and was a great help!!! Wish I could share pictures of my beautiful gown.

Very impressed! After going to two big chain stores for wedding dresses I was over the moon delighted with my experience at House of DeVaughn. It was that fairytale wedding shopping experience every girl secretly dreams of. The shop is super quaint with a fantastic selection. My girlfriend called in advance and gave Kim, the owner, an idea of what we were looking for. You can tell that Kim is in this business because she cares and she wants to help create special moments for women. When we arrived Kim had six dresses picked out that were in my price range. Now my price range was not high and I was afraid I might be looked down on for that reason but that couldn't be farther from the truth. Not only were all of the gowns beautiful, the first one I tried on was my dream dress! Kim was so attentive and helpful that she made my wedding dress shopping a truly special, memorable experience. I definitely recommend DeVaughn!

I went here after I went with my best friend she found her wedding dress here and it was beautiful and the lady who owns it was super sweet. She knew what she was talking about and it was a good experience. So I'll give them that. She got her dress for a good price! When I came In 9 months later for my own wedding this was the first place I went to because it was such a good experience. Well this time I had her husband for my appointment , which was fine until I told him my budget which was the same budget my friend had given and she found a great dress. He said to me well that will definitely limit your options and showed me some dresses somewhat in range but most were $200-300 more than what I was thinking and then i figured well if he's showing me that much out of my price range I'll try on that big ballgown princess dress and he gave me the whole, well.. These dresses are only designed for so many wears. Telling me no. And I felt belittled and embarrassed. I didn't want to try them on anymore. I left. I did find a dress somewhere else well within my range it was gorgeous and I felt good and the lady made ME FEEL good! I am not trashing your business but I did want to make this statement so maybe you know for future clients to elevate their experience.

A great business owned by honest people! So helpful and professional! They did not cary the exact dress I had in mind. Instead of trying to sell me something else they were honest and telling me what store might have it. My happiness was the utmost importance to them! I will return to offer my business ASAP and refer anybody to to this local business!

Went here initially for just my wedding dress and mostly worked with the owner Kim. She was so accommodating with my work schedule and the dress is PERFECT! I've never had anything altered so i was afraid something wouldn't go right but it feels and looks like my dress was made for me (I'm pretty high maintenance too). I ended up getting my dress, alterations, veil, garter, and hair accessories here. I HIGHLY recommend this dress shop! Great prices too. :)
