I've been staying here since 2003, I love it. So nice, clean, quiet and friendly. I get to see my friends year after year that stay during the same week. Love the hot tub and close to the free bus stops.

Good location, cute rooms. Wine and cheese a lovely touch. Just don’t take a room under the reception/dinning room area as every noise comes through the floor.

Stayed six nights over Christmas and was delighted with the excellent location which was within easy walking distance of downtown Aspen's restaurants, cafes , shopping and ski lift making our experience a lot of fun. The bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom had plenty of clean towels. Complimentary Continental breakfast selection was good as was the wine and cheese happy hour. Staff were friendly and helpful and I would certainly stay again.

Booked a room for wedding. Our family did not receive the room I booked. The lady up front tried to give us room with a standard bed and wanted to put a air mattress on the floor for my child. Still ended getting a room that did not sleep 3 people. Thank goodness for family members. My child ended staying with them.

We loved our stay at Hotel Durant. We stayed over Labor Day so parking was a bit of a chore. There are only a few spots in front of the hotel, so this can be a challenge. The rooms are nice and cozy, nice big shower and big bathroom and comfortable beds. The hotel was quiet when we stayed there. The air conditioning was not easy to use (not sure it worked) so we opened our windows and it worked fine. We loved our stay and would stay again.

Nice, modern Colorado hotel in the heart of Aspen. The proprietor seems passionate about his business and the end product shows. Water was hot. The bed was comfortable; I rarely sleep 8 hours but I did at the Durant. I travel a lot and I recommend this hotel.

A good value for Aspen with a great location. Chocolate chip cookies and continental breakfast were fresh and delicious. The rooms were a little small, but very clean and comfortable. The basement rooms do not have A/C and we were a little warm going to sleep during our July stay. We did feel like we were a little bit of a bother to the hotel manager/front desk agent with our 2 young daughters. Had a bit of a vibe that it is not a place for children.

Cozy place, right near the heart of Aspen. Rooms were clean, an amazing fat and fluffy doona/duvet made it a great sleep.

Rooms were nicely done but very small, bathrooms very nice, good included breakfast but the rooms have only a few outlets that are well hidden and none in the bathroom that we could find which we thought funny since they have a blow dryer in the bathroom. The A/C unit was impossible to figure out how to use and no channel list for the TV. The tv is on a movable wall mount but when we angled it to face the bed it fell off the wall. It was only hanging by one nail. Overall the place was nice and great location but the little annoyances got to us.
