It's interesting that the internal hallways are open to the outside. It doesn't make much sense to me. The breakfast is excellent. The location is excellent. The value is amazing. All the buses stop on the other side of the street.

Rooms are nice, and staff very friendly. The complementary breakfast is also a plus. Minor complaints include no enclosed hallways and incorrect fitted sheets (queen on a king sized bed). Not directly downtown, but less than a 2 min walk, so a decent location.

Great views from the hotel in all directions, staff is great and very helpful, breakfast is good, served at a convenient time from 7-10AM in there breakfast lobby. The views from the breakfast lobby are amazing cause u ended facing looking at shadow/aspen mountain. The rooms are good, they’re are stocked with towels, some small amenities, a microwave, small fridge, and a small coffee machine with cups and all that. Would recommend this place to anyone. It’s also located in a very good spot in town and you are with in walking distance of some great shops and restaurants.

Great customer service, everyone was very friendly. Our jacuzzi was a bit low on water and they fixed it right away and even offered a free bottle of champagne! I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to get away and enjoy a quiet relaxing getaway, we will definitely be back!

Only a couple of blocks from lots of shops and cafes. There's a park located directly across the street. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Complementary breakfast tasted great. 3rd floor room with a hot tub was definitely worth it

Love this hotel! Our room has an old-fashioned wood stove in the corner that gives it a rustic ambiance. No surprise, all of the artwork is of Aspen trees. The place doesn't look that luxurious from the outside, but the rooms are much nicer than we expected. Pretty affordable for Aspen. Would come back!

The hotel indicated in its description that it is modern, clean and the pictures show a spacious room. Do not stay here! The advertising does not live up to reality. At best this is a skier flop house. The room smelled as though a party had taken place before we arrived. The arms of the chairs were dirty. The bar in the room looked as though it had not been cleaned in weeks. The bath room is so small you have to maneuver around the door to get in. We were given a ground floor room and when we tried to cancel, the manager refused to even give us a partial compensation.

Love this place! Reasonably priced in the spring. Free apres ski and breakfast are both really good and add great value! The pool and hot tub combo is great, too. Thank you for a great time!

ps: the shuttle to other mountains is right outside the door. :)

We book a room at Hotel Aspen every ski season. Easy walk-in access from the ski shuttle, freshly appointed rooms with comfy beds, crisp linens, and all the amenities. A scrumptious, hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles and healthy offerings sets us up for the day. A satisfying apres-ski featuring freshly made chili and tacos, satay chicken, barbecue, pizza, and even a crispy salad with lots of veggies. A top-grade staff handles everything, even the unexpected! Five stars!
