Ever wondered what Southern Hospitality looks like? Wellwalk in here. I'm from Texas, and I've never seen so many happy and nice people. It's like I was in a movie. Amazing customer service, super helpful staffand an outstanding supply of boots and western wear. I but all my boots here and I suggest you do the same!

Worst customer service experience! Manager was obnoxious and rude! Apparently make sure when you spend your $$$$ in this store you are aware they do NOT have a return policy and it has been so for "42" years!!!! Exchange only if items have never been worn!! RUDE RUDE RUDE! Manger actually was yelling and me and told me that's how it is in the "SOUTH"!!! Bad business and far from customer oriented!!!!! I wouldn't buy a KEYCHAIN from this place!!!!!!! Southern hospitality is lost on these folks!!!!!!!!!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very large selection of western boots for both men and women. Not a huge selection of english tack or boots, but good enough. Couldn't seem to find many jeans that fit me, being 5'1" and a size 2. Some things are quite pricey too and better deals/return policies may be found elsewhere.

I'll stop and shop again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was looking for a new pair of boots, a man named Nick walked up and asked what I was looking for and asking detail questions like what they will be used for, type of sole, material. He showed me a few different boots from diffrent manufacturers and never saying he thought I should get this one or that, no pressure, just a feeling that he wanted me to get right ones.

Horsetown is the only place that I buy my boots. (Work boots and pleasure boots.) I love the atmosphere, the courteousness, and professionalism of the employees. I have never been to this place when I didn't recieve the best help in finding the right boot for my feet. If they ever go out of business, I will never buy another pair of boots. No one matches them. I am a 100% satisfied customer.

This is the only place I can find jeans for my son. He's 6'3" and you can't find jeans his size at any store. He's all legs so it has been difficult for us to find the pants without ordering off line and that's still not plentiful as far as variety. The people are nice and helpful. Great place!

I have shopped with Horsetown for many years due to their great selection of boots, and clothing. However I have noticed the customer service has taken a turn for the worst. I do not like being followed around the store and being watched the whole time I am shopping. I have experienced this treatment a couple times from the Locust Grove location but I put it in the past and returned today in hopes of better treatment and a new pair of boots. Unfortunately , due to being followed I simply placed all my items back where I found them and left taking my business elsewhere. I am not a thief and I refuse to shop somewhere that treats me as one. I am very bitter with this company and from word of mouth I know others who have experienced unnecessary treatment here as well. This is a great family oriented business. The store has a horse country atmosphere with plenty of selections. I ride motorcycles, so whenever my boots or leathers need replacing, this is where I go first. You can't beat the selection of boots from fancy dress to real working boots. Service is great and friendly. They stand by their products warranty which is a big plus now a days. Plenty of parking in front.
