Jorge Martinez was wonderful! He was very thorough and helpful in explaining what he was seeing. He offered us tips and solutions to the things we may need to fix. He was very prompt in his report time and very easy to ask questions to or reach. We highly recommend him!

Horizons Property Inspections have become my go to inspection company. Always try to accommodate time and date and very fast turnaround of the reports. Very professional with the clients and respectful of the property inspected. Kudos to Jorge 👏👏👏

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting with Jorge Martinez, Horizons Property Inspections.

Jorge, who is very professional, inspected my home to decipher the “root” of my water leak and the overall condition of my house. Very quickly, after a thorough review/assessment, Jorge was able to detect all problems and approximately 45 minutes after completion he emailed a full report with pictures.

If you’re looking to find an organized, competent and professional Home Inspector, your search is over! I highly recommend Jorge Martinez because he’s very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and one of the best in the business. A job well done!

From a very pleased customer.

Jorge was very responsive when I needed each one of my inspections. He turned the report around in one day of the inspections allowing me the ability to share with my Contractor to get things fixed in time for closing. I recommend Jorge for a complete and thorough inspection of your new build. He does it like it's his house.
