  I passed my driving test today. I am almost 40 years old and I have been terrified of driving for most of my life. I passed because of what I learned from Mohamed. Beyond teaching me rules and signs, Mohamed gave me back my confidence, and made me truly believe I could do this. Mohamed has the knowledge, experience and patience to teach you and give you tools that are not only good for the test but for the rest of your driving life. It is not easy to teach how to drive, and not everyone can do it but Mohamed truly excels at it. I am so happy that I went to Horizon Driver Education. I remember reading the other awesome reviews and feeling that I had made the right choice and then I had my first class and I was 100% happy with my decision. I am here, writing this, so you too can choose to learn with Mohamed and have a driver’s license and, most important of all, the confidence to be out there on the road. Thank you Mohamed!

  I had such a wonderful experience with Mohamed at Horizon Driver Education. I’m 39, and as a city girl (Boston and Portland) I never bothered to get a license. As the years went on I became very fearful of driving. I finally decided to try and conquer this fear, and with the help of Mohamed I did just that. He made me feel very comfortable from the first lesson behind the wheel. Mohamed gives clear direction and great tips to help you focus and stay as ease. We were on the freeway by lesson two! I’m so thankful that I chose Horizon out of all the available choices in Portland. I went from terrified to being a licensed driver in 4 weeks time. Thank you so much for your kindness, flexibility, and confidence! It was a pleasure to learn from you!

  Our 16 year old daughter went through driving school at Horizon and I could not be more pleased with the organization, efficiency and time that Mohamed gave to her and seemingly all the students. He has a way to keep the students engaged and understand the seriousness of it all, even while being remote and online. Thank you Mohamed for being such a great instructor!

  Passed my driver’s test and got my license within about a month after doing lessons with Mohamed. Coming from NYC, I had little to no experience driving and he did an excellent job easing me into it. He was patient and constantly teaching you as you drive. Highly recommend Mohamed and this driving school anyone interested in learning!

  Passed my drivers test today because of Mohammed! I told him at the beginning how driving gives me so much anxiety. And he was so patient and encouraging. Very professional and friendly. If you did something wrong he will explain to you what you did and how you can make it better in a very friendly way. Even if you made a right turn he’ll congratulate you on how well you did. And his encouragement is what made me more comfortable. I had a driving instructor in the past that I had a bad experience with and because of it I was super anxious and always nervous when it came to driving . But Horizon drivers education was such a good experience and Mohammed is an amazing instructor. I would recommend him to everyone especially new/anxious drivers :).
