  Hope was a great start with a really nice staff that does send multiple reminders for your appointment however nice isn't going to keep my baby healthy. I went to Hope on Monday because my baby had a fever of 104 the night before, been sluggish, and heavy breathing. Dr. Meyer advised it was a virus that she could pass in a day or two and use the infant Motrin I had been using.
  My baby did not get better by the next day so Tuesday night I went to the ER and they did all the testing necessary to find out she has PNEUMONIA!!
  I love the HOPE always returned my emergency night calls but I need a doctor that can recognize a sick baby that needs help. I am switching doctors.

  There are good doctors here, but the nursing staff leaves something to be desired. The last time that we went, my four year old needed a lead test and two shots. No biggie, we've done this lots of times before. But she was so mean to him about the finger stick (because he wasn't bleeding enough) that he was already crying before the shots! Then she was so rough with him that I had to pull him away from her and leave. He had a red mark on his arm where she had scrubbed the alcohol pad too roughly for a week. He got the shots, but it was awful. We won't be back.
