  0 stars is what this hospital deserves. I came in to see my daughter who was giving birth and the from desk receptionist in the ER is terrible. The room was completely empty & the phone rang once. She answered the phone and didn’t tend to me for 15 minutes. Then she gave me no direction and when I asked where the elevator was she raised her voice and rolled her eyes at me. I am truly disgusted by the disrespect this woman in the ER gave me. She doesn’t deserve a job in a hospital if she’s going to give off bad comments and vibes. Excitement for my daughter became frustration running around the building every hallway because this woman wouldn’t give me direction.

  We had the worst experience with Holy Reeder Maternal Fetal Medicine. They provided an incomplete scan of my baby and would not see me for a follow up visit to complete the ultra sound. Further more, the tech wouldn’t answer any questions during the ultra sound- told us the doctor would be in to answer all questions. At the end the doctor didn’t feel it necessary to see us and we were sent away with no questions answered.
  
  If you can use any other location would highly recommend going else where. My first pregnancy we had our anatomy scan at Capitol Health and they were wonderful!

  I visited my primary Galluzzo with no less than 30 tick bites last year, he did nothing, dismissed it because he didn't see the bullseye, (about 20 per cent lymes cases show that). This year I lost count at 50, it was only February. He still dismissed possibility of lymes although I needed surgery for infected bites including the MRSA it also had. I thought I had to physically twist his arm to get preventative antibiotics,like it would kill someone, now my hips are shot. This dude needs to be educated on lymes by the CDC. Someone tell him we are in the hotbed of an epidemic. I was told by his clerk I have arthritis. What type, how far along, any aspirin? I guess I must Google that one, at least he got paid, I got shunned and told to seek another provider because I'm stuck with this witch. Lousy bedside manners over the phone, don't get tick bit, "Doc", you might get screwed.

  My niece had her baby here I'm planning to have mine because it's a very nice hospital while she was there they treated her good private rooms everything look neat

  If 0 stars was an option I would have chosen that. I was looking forward to delivering here after hearing so many great stories from people I know. Unfortunately our experience was anything but wonderful. The unit clerk who checked us in (the first face you see when you get to the OB unit) was unfriendly and borderline rude. She handed me a paper to write down some of my info with other patient information on it. Very confidential and professional of her. The OB unit is so busy it makes you feel like you're one of dozens of moms-just another number. In the post pardum unit, housekeeping was terminally cleaning and banging furniture in the rooms next to us at 3 am. People were constantly barging in and out of our room with very little courtesy- and forget cluster care!!! They forgot to close the door most of the time so after having a c-section I had to get it of bed to close the door. The noise level of nurses in the hallways was atrocious. The girl from the lab came to draw my labs but "wasn't allowed" to tell me what labs she was drawing. I could go on and on. I had my daughter at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday and by Saturday morning I was ready to leave-and did! Holy redeemer OB unit you have a lot of work do to.

  I had no bad experience 28 months ago(2 years and 4 month) ago the December before I had my daughter I was in the hospital for 2 days because with me being high risk I and my mom got worried because I thought I was either miscarrying or my water broke because I would be soaked from front to middle so my mom called my obgyn and he said take me right over so I was in observation and every 10-15 minutes a nurse would come in to make sure I was okay and comfortable and if I needed someone to talk to the nurses would comfort me. Then when I had my daughter I had amazing experience ever and amazing staff/nurses like example I wanted a shower after I pushed my daughter out because I felt nasty so my nurse stayed in my room and when I felt like I was going to pass out from being dizzy she came right in and helped me out of the shower and helped me get dressed and walk to the nursery to see my daughter so I would highly recommend this hospital

  This place is great My spouse was there for couple of times for her morning sickness,they treated her very well especially the doctors and nurses were so professional. Always assisted us right away never had to wait. I highly recommend this hospital.

  Hello I would just like to say that my son was rushed to Holy Redeemer ER from a nursing Center. And I Must say that the service that was giving to my son was excellent. The ICU and the Urology team. Doctors are a five star , nursing and all of the medical staff at holy Redeemed are 5 🌟 they are very helpful and caring they treat you with love and respect very friendly.the food was very good and fresh .keep up the good work. I was referred to this hospital and I will refer someone to this hospital I love it

  The only hospital I have ever been to that you have to pay to park or pay for valet parking. The Catholic church has enough money do they really need more money from the pay to park. The cafeteria is ridiculously over priced and the vending machine's barely work. The staff in the Hospital were really nice but the other staff (security, valet were all miserable ). I guess if you work at a crap job for a hospital that charges ridiculous amounts of money for non needed amenities.

  We came in because my husband had a sore shoulder and could not move his arm. They performed a few expensive tests but the Dr spent maybe a minute talking to my husband. She did not even touch him to examine him. They were very dismissive. Will have to go to another place to get a real exam and diagnosis.

  Over the past two months I have been to the Pediatrics Urgent Care and the ER for my children a few times. I can't speak on others reviews, but I had exceptional service every time. The nurses were very friendly and knowledgeable as well as the doctor. They took their time and really cared about the well being of my children. The wait time was excellent, although I don't know if I just got lucky, but I was in and out each time. I always highly recommend Holy Redeemer to my friends, family, and co-workers.
