Very professional and friendly. Nothing like the typical corporate jewelery stores, and the variety of merchandise is great. Tom had exactly what I was looking for and gave me a great discount on the price, plus he offers extras that I was not charged for, where I would have paid a considerable amount more for these extras had I gone to a corporate store.

I go to them for all of my jewelry needs. I wanted my engagement ring custom made. I went to all the large diamond distributors (Kay, Reis Nichols, Jared, etc) and they all either had none or very few diamonds and settings to choose from. They have the selection and the prices to let you get exactly what you want at a price you can afford, paired with amazing hometown staff. The employees there are remarkable and make the process fun, easy, and do not push the sale. If ANYONE wants or needs jewelry or jewelry repair this is the place to go. I wasted my time with the big name retailers. Don't waste yours, go to Hoosier Jewelry. I love my custom made engagement ring! 💍
