  Very nice folks in their shop. Only one around for miles. They have some very cool old relic power-sport motorcycles and 4-wheelers on display in the showroom too.
  
  Went into the store with pre-knowledge of what I wanted. The salesperson was willing to work with me on the final out-the-door price which included my trade-in (Suzuki). They stayed over on a Friday evening with me to finalize the sale. Very pleasant experience overall!

  Well yet again the ottowa shop has saves the day. No thanks to the dumbass in lima named Tim. Skip the lima store all they wana do is sell ya parts that should be under warranty. Not only has ottowa saved the day again for me. They have went way out of thier way to make sure i was happy. Even staying late to explain in detail what my issues where. An how i could better take care of smaller issues myself. Chad tammy shorty an that other fella. Thanks guys. Owe ya1

  Called to order a rectifier for my 06gsxr and the guy said he's not a Suzuki dealer and he wouldn't order that trash. Great customer service and a good way to get business. Damn idiot.

  This place is absolutely the worst Honda to do business with. They charged me for a service to do some work that they claim was done but my motorcycle still doesn't run. When I tried to contact not only Chad but Tammy to fix the issue. I get hung up on several times, they refuse to stand behind their work, and they refuse to give me my money back. In fact what I get out of this whole ordeal is a bike that doesn't run, loss of $217 dollars and a nice phone call from the police calling Im harassing them. When all im doing is trying to get them to make is right. Don't ever go here. You have been warned.

  Chad and Tammy are always positive and helpful. I like them so much that I come over from Findlay for whatever I might need. I highlyrrecommend them.
